IMO Car Wash has always been my favourite, but today these guy's done absolutely astonishing work. I had full personal car valet done in such a high standard than there is no words to describe. Interior looks like it has just been made and fitted in factory, body is polished and looks like mirror with no marks or anything. Pure beauty of work, bare in mind my vehicle is 12 years old, but now looks like brand shining new. Thank you so much

I LOVE THIS CAR WASH! Photos in the comments will show you the before and after. I am a large animal vet and my 4x4 gets COVERED in mud from driving on farms. I worry about using standard car washes as the bits of grit in the mud would scratch my car, but here they pressure wash your car before to remove the gross mud which is great! I highly recommend!

my license plate was literally torn off with the plastic behind on a perfect condition GLK Mercedes...

and said they were not responsible for the damage...

My wife and 6 old year daughter visited the Swansea Asda branch today and when my wife turned her engine off whilst the car in front went through the "attendant" proceeded to open her door and start screaming at her to turn the ignition back on until he told her to turn it off while banging on the roof of the car, scaring my daughter and upsetting my wife who fruitlessly asked him to stop screaming and shouting at her. She then told him she wanted her money back because she wanted to leave and he refused and kept shouting no. He then tried to close the door on my wife who had put her foot out. When she arrived back home and told me I drove straight over there to confront this obnoxious little man and shouted at him in the same manner he had shouted at my wife, which he obviously did not like as bullies never like getting their own treatment. I told him I wanted his managers name and phone number and also his name, all of which he refused to give me. He tried to carry on cleaning the car that was next to go through so I pulled out my phone to try and find a contact number at which point he probably thought I was phoning the police so he called me in to the little office at the side and said he was sorry for the way he had shouted at my wife and that he would apologise to her and give her money back and her next wash would be free to which I replied that she had vowed never to go there again. I tried to phone IMO customer services but they are not open on Saturdays but I will be contacting them on Monday. Btw I will be advising all my FB friends to avoid this car wash at all costs.

Literally took a layer of paint off the car. About a 1.5cm line down to the bare metal.

I was given close to zero instructions on entering the car wash and the machinery has left substantial damage to my car!

I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today at the Spellbrook car wash. The short foreign guy (I do not know his name) with brown hair, punched the wing mirror of my car because I simply wanted to pay by card!! I have never ever been treated in this way before and I will not be returning again after using this particular car wash for over 10 years!!

I’m guessing they are pocketing people’s cash rather than declaring it which is why I was treated in this way by paying with my card.
