Top staff who are extremely helpful! I don't have a great understanding of motorbike gear (yet) but I always walk out feeling confident I've been advised on the best products! Forever a loyal customer at Inifity Watford.

The store is well laid out and has majority of things that an average motorcyclist would need if they were to be in any hurry to buy a pair of gloves or new a new helmet, of which there are quite a few makes and models to choose from. If you for whatever reason fail to find anything that you were looking for, then staff are only to happy to help you with an alternative option or order in the item you want for a next day in store delivery. Other thing to mention that staff are genuinely attentive, knowledgeable, and are helpful from the moment you step in through the door. A great shopping experience is guaranteed.

I can’t remember the last time I shopped anywhere else. Customer service at it’s best!

Great shop with a good range at really good prices, Danny and Lucie are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They both go out of there way to help you, it's the type of shop I would pop in when on a ride just for a relaxed chat and look around.

I even met the manager of the store who more or less offered me a job which I regrettably couldn't take. Thank you for all your help and look forward to next popping in.

Every time I've visited I haven't been dissapointed, especially today where my tyre happened to run flat as I was on my way to work. Stopped by looking for a puncture repair kit and the two staff members even went out of their way to help me check the tyre and eventually helped me wheel the bike round the corner to KwikFit.



Unfortunately, I don't know their names but I will definitely reccomend Infinity to anyone looking for gear as their customer service is fantastic.
