We are working on a mail-in repair service which should be active from the beginning of next week. We will arrange the collection of your item, repair it and return it via DPD.
All items will be disinfected once they arrive in for repair following all government guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus, repaired and then returned spotlessly clean.
... The price will include the repair, collection and return postage.
We haven't finalised pricing as we do not know postage prices yet, but I am working on this as we speak.
This is a nationwide service including phones, tablets, laptops, MacBooks and game consoles.

from monday we will be offering a collection and drop off service for your repairs with the intention of getting a van to do mobile repairs. For now I'll be on my push bike 😂 joking
We will collect devices in zip lock bags and clean them thoroughly before returning them to you
... This doesnt cover items already in for repair with us as arrangement will need to be made to collect these while we are still open

Used mobile phone sales and repairs
We will not do any home visits or enter anyones houses during this time so please dont be offended if we refuse.

So as the craziness continues, we are trying to find a way to continue trading, continue to provide a service, secure the safety of our business while at the same time catering to our customers, their circumstances and the prevention of the spread of the virus.
From monday next week we are looking at implementing a collection and delivery service, collecting broken devices, repairing them and returning them once the work is completed.
... Before your device is returned it will have been cleaned using antibacterial solutions or wipes as necessary and return clean and repaired.
Payment can be made at the door or over the phone on completion.
