Confidence is one of the fundamental values we maintain and encourage
What is Confidence?
Confidence is being able to comfortably challenge yourself to achieve bigger and better things.
... This could include fighting in your first competition even though you were a little nervous or scared, or going to your belt grading and trying your best
We believe that everybody has the potential, the ability for confidence. Some just have trouble showing it and that’s where we can help.
A child who is involved in martial arts is generally a child who is confident in themselves.
Working through a martial art and the belt ranking system gives measurable goals to follow that are realistic to attain.
The sense of accomplishment a child feels by mastering a new technique or graduating to a new belt follows them everywhere they go.

Great Bunch of gradings to kick start the weekend, all students were very focused; worked really hard and showed how much they wanted their new belts.

🌟🌟 Cardeas Stars 🌟 🌟 LH we had lovely Logan for always being a positive member of the team and working hard on his techniques! Juniors was Olivia for her inspiring efforts in all she does! Advanced bubbly Bethany, always walks in with a smile, Bethany had to face some hard techniques yesterday and although some where new and harder than she is used to she put in massive effort all with her smile still beaming! Amazing classes Cardea 🎉💪🏼

Star of the class for Deeping juniors was Cara, Cara is one of our “dragon helpers” & their roll within class is to assist the instructors with setting up activities, correcting students techniques as we go through them etc. Cara was a massive help in both classes, a perfect example of how a dragon helper should be.

Cardeas 🌟 stars 🌟 LH we had Joseph and Ciao for their focus in lesson hard work and kindness towards others. Juniors Tyler and Jahnavi both pushed themselves hard in their grading practice. Intermediate Felix and Rhys we had a full on warm up pushing them all to their max great effort from these guys and confidence in themselves 👍🏼 amazing work all keep it up

My little boy goes here he loves it the teams amazing. Well recommended!

My daughter loves Martial Arts her confidence has grown. The instructors at Eye Community Centre are amazing. They even offer in class grading for those children that require it. Recommend 100%

My boys have there 4th session tomorrow and they are both loving it! Going to order there kits tomorrow and looking forward to there journey with a great team! Thanks guys!

My boy absolutely loves Inspired Martial arts and looks forward to it every week. He is full of confidence now and we would totally recommend it!

Jamie is passionate about what he does. He really connects with his clients. My son was being bullied when he started with Jamie and he now knows exactly what to do and has gained respect from his peers for not standing any nonsense at school. In fact he has even been able to defend his friend. Thank you Jamie for giving him an invaluable life skill.

Jamie and the team really know how to bring out the best in children. They support, encourage and teach in such a positive manner allowing children to develop at their own pace whilst growing in confidence. Would recommend this club to any parent looking to choose a martial arts club.

I was dubious at first that my three year old would be able to concentrate for longer than ten minutes, but hats off he nearly lasts the whole session, great work from a great team. 5 weeks in, and Noah is still keen to go, and burns a lot of energy

Great all round fitness and kickboxing training for all ages and abilities. Jamie and Shane are enthusiastic and energise their students, pushing every individual to their own level. Seeing the younger students in their element, full of confidence and smiles in their first competition has definitely been an inspiration. Great stuff.

Excellent martial arts school, both my boys go to inspired & throughly enjoy the training they receive. The core values taught to the children at inspired will undoubtedly help them though out their lives! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Both my boys love going to Little Heroes and look forward to it all week. My youngest is only three and Dani, Jamie and team have been absolutely wonderful in encouraging him and improving his confidence.

I’d recommend these classes to anyone, you can clearly see how much all the kids enjoy it and the team are all really enthusiastic, friendly and dedicated.

All the teachers are amazing.
