What a lovely feeding room on the top floor I was so happy to find it was so nice and clean when I went to breast feed my baby. It made the whole shopping trip more enjoyable. Well done it’s fab!

Love the centre itself but we went into Costa coffee and although I love the coffee the place was filthy.. dust and splashes everywhere they need to have a deep clean.

Last night my girlfriend had an incident on the carpark where she smashed her back window. Leigh and Gerald, the two parking attendance went above and beyond to help us out and made what was a stressful situation very bearable and made our evening. Credit to the company. Many thanks �

I visited the centre on Saturday, 28th July. I needed to find Timpsons and asked two gentlemen for their help. I believe they were security. They were both friendly and one of them took the trouble to show me where the escalator was and actually came up with me. He was dark, bearded and tall and said he was from Birmingham, just working in Hanley for a short period. Please give him my thanks. Makes such a difference when people go out of their way to help.

I took my son who has may disabilities to see santa today and would like to thank the marketing manager andcall her staff for making it an amazing experience for him he loved it thank u I called the centre and explained the problems my son has and they were so helpful we arrived as arranged spoke to an elf and everything went to plan everyone was amazing with him thank u all so much x x

Fantastic baby changing area on the top floor, complete with separate baby feeding area with a very comfy nursing chair and sofas. There is also a microwave for warming food or bottles. There is an additional baby change area in the female toilets and even a special cubicle for parents with pushchairs. � � well done!

Excellent baby changing room. Everything u would need to change or feed baby. Private seats to breast feed if that's wot u want to do. Open to mums n dads please support

Big thank you to the Security guy called Paul who helped my daughter after she thought she'd lost her phone. He phoned 2 shops where she had been to check if they had it and phoned me to come to her cos she was upset. Lovely guy. Turned out she's left the phone in the car..!! �

I love the centre a vast range of shops I was disappointed yesterday when the car wash man try to charge me £30 for the £22 service won't be using him again

I like Hanley lots of shops and getting better now H&M and the new food court has opened. The only small thing I would suggest is not paying for parking - its an intu like the Trafford centre but the at the Trafford centre the parking is free.

Took my daughter today to meet santa, I've got to say myself and my daughter were highly disappointed with the groto since when giant mushrooms covered in glitter is Christmas related and in fact there is no groto, you just ripped me off for £3.50 to see santa then a further £5.00 for a picture, so for a grand total of £ 8.50, my daughter got no privacy, a ok photo and 1 minute with santa, not really worth £8.50. Cashing in on Christmas majorly this year an ' you?

I love the potteries centre I have since I was a child but I'm really sad as I went this weekend for the first time in about a month and all the art work and painting that was in the elevator area has been painted over all white with canvas on I was so disappointed that something that brought so much pleasure seen every time that I went and finding new little hidden parts in the paintings that I had never seen before has now gone :( it is such a shame that people will no longer be able to see it when they come to visit our shopping centre it was something unique and very potteries so sad

CHIQUITOS MANAGER SAT IN THE CORNER PICKING HIS NOSE!!! ��



Came to Chiquitos yesterday with my brother to see if I can change my mind on the place. Previously I had tried it and wasn't too impressed with the food. I know a lot of people like it but for me it just wasn't my kind of thing. Well... after the meal I thought, it has another chance to redeem itself! We will order a pudding. It took about 20 mins to get the plates removed from the table... waited a little longer

... as we waited we noticed the manager (David I think his name is) sat by the bar with another member of staff having a full on chat while 2 servers were taking orders. Not only that, couldn't help but notice your manager sat in the corner picking his nose!!!! Omg!



This was the most unprofessional display I have ever seen in a restaurant!! Completely put us off and for me personally, it makes me sick. We could not get out of the place quick enough! Lol Never going again! :( :(



Other than that, the 3 is for intu in general. They have done it up really well! Very impressed with the refurbishment and couple of other places. Chiquitos, unfortunately has been taken off the list of places to visit :(

parking what a rip off need to stop over charging if u want the potteries get back to how it was 5 years ago its hardly busy and shops are closing down. needs a REVAMP oh can you please have some toilets on the bottom floor its really difficult for elderley ppl going to the top floor

Spent ages getting there only to be turned away at the car park. Sort your sh*t out intu potteries! I suppose the silver lining is that I kept my money in my wallet!

Generally always a great experience when visiting but recently had trouble with staff phone manners at the Bon Pan restaurant along with miss leading acceptance to a table on a Saturday night to then be told there fully booked. As a working couple Saturday nights are the only night we can both visit and on two occasions now we've been told they have nothing. This is ashame considering it's a big restaurant and they can't even fit in 2 people with at least 3 days notice. Wouldn't be so bad if the staff were better spoken instead of being rather rude.

They need more lifts to accommodate wheel chairs and prams. It's ridiculous queuing for 10 minutes for a lift with a young baby.

Only for it to be full with people able to use escalators, but want to get to level 6 car park.

Made a purpose trip to the come to the cinema and do a bit of shopping for daughters birthday, car park was shut, ignorant guy shaking his head and laughing, constant stream of traffic comming out, came back around 5 minute later, still shut with the guy stood there, we missed the film, two very disappointed little girls, waste of diesel and waste of an afternoon, thanks very much intu disgusting customer service, absolutely disgraceful!!
