Have you seen the new Small but Serious TV advert?
The advert was filmed in Kiev, Ukraine. The pool had to be built especially for this shoot as there wasnŌĆÖt an existing swimming pool big enough for our A1 and A7 to perform their ŌĆśdance movesŌĆÖ in. It took a team of 49 builders and designers 17 days to put together and just 10 hours to dismantle. The pool was made out of plywood and MDF and was 60m long and 30m wide.

She got it moved forward and arranged a car for me. A very simple thing but given the circumstances and stress I was feeling the service was perfect. I bought an Audi A6 Avant Quattro Sline 3000cc and needed it serviced. After trying my local dealer in Chelmsford (who I might add were terrible) I contacted Ipswich Audi. I spoke with a young lady called Joanne who was extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Whilst the car was in I ask the service team to look at a couple of minor faults I had with the car and expecting to pay for these additional repairs. To my surprise these parts were covered under warranty and on collection I discovered the car had been cleaned inside and out. Well done Ipswich Audi and for the record I will defiantly being buying my new car from George who was the salesman who made me a coffee and chatted to me whilst looking at the new cars in there fabulous showroom. All round a very nice experience indeed.

As an owner of an older car, I am used to being brushed aside by main dealers and generally try to avoid them. I have been in on a couple of occasions, once to have a key programmed and once to buy a brake light switch. Small beer really, but on both occasions faultless, friendly service and competitive prices. Just under ┬Ż14 for the switch was less that what a breaker wanted me to pay for a second hand one!

Unfortunately not a great experience, I purchased a new RS5 some 6 weeks ago. Despite the car being incredible, from the start the customer care has been far from expected. My previous two cars have both been from Chelmsford Audi who were always faultless. Same can't be said for Ipswich. My car still has an annoying rattle from the drivers door, although I accept these things do happen, I'm now attempting to book the car in for the 3rd time for the same issue. Made even more frustrating by the fact that's its almost impossible to get somebody to answer the phone. Up your game ipswich Audi, you are letting the brand down!

Won't be coming back, or recommending to any of my friends or family either. What is the point of asking for a deposit for a car if you are going to sell it without even having the courtesy to let the potential buyer know in the mean time. Glad you got your sale, it's clearly more important than treating your customers with courtesy and respect.

Not impressed with Audi. I purchased my 2nd car recently from the new Ipswich branch and did not receive the same customer service as I had in the past. I had been advised a small scratch would be rectified in a day only to be told it would be 2 days worth of work after booking a day off work. Ben Grogan was incredibly patronising saying ŌĆśdont crash the courtesy carŌĆÖ as it was a ┬Ż1000 excess! Providing an automatic to me IŌĆÖd never drove in my life in the heavy snow! Not funny! They failed to mention if I paid ┬Ż15 they could of reduced the excess! Audi had my car for a week before I picked it up after purchasing & couldnŌĆÖt be bothered to mend the scratch in that time but instead waste my time instead! Totally lazy with something so small.

Never get my car back on time. Yesterday, no phone call until 5.30 to collect my car and I live over half an hour away and they shut at 6. Said they left a message on my phone at 5. Checked all 3 phones no message! I now have to drive into Ipswich today (Saturday) to retrieve my car. Not impressed

Despite having been an Audi owner for 15 years and serviced regularly with Audi Ipswich for all my cars, it appears that my interest in a new car was insufficient to warrant returning my calls or spending more than ten minutes talking to us in the showroom. Those on the reception desk seemed more welcoming although they were focused on discussing one particular model which was neither of the two we were considering.



Three months after raising a specific trim enquiry I finally received a response from Audi HQ (not Ipswich who has been asked this numerous times) which could accommodate our request. However in that time I'd already visited the BMW showroom who had managed to research the request and modify a car coming off the production line appropriately through to delivery in a couple of weeks
