Week one of online classes DONE! We had some hurdles to overcome as it was a completely new format for us to deliver our classes through. That mixed with the internet not being strong enough to cope with videos with a conference call, sound from the studio having too much echo and needing the soundtrack and coaching added after recording, problems with upload speeds and laptop memory space AND copyright issues... meant we had a couple of days of many hours going into produci...ng a 45 minute class - BUT come Wednesday we had our classes planned, recorded and edited to send out, and we are SO pleased that our Iron Mighty members and Suffolk All Stars are making the most of the videos and enjoying them in the comfort of their own home. We have five classes happening again this week, FREE to anyone who has kindly offered to continue their membership, or £4 PAYG, simply book online and you will receive an email on the day of the workout with a link to take part! :)

CHAIR UP WITH OUR WOD! WOD 250320
All about the CHAIR!
... 5 SETS OF THE FOLLOWING:
* 10 x TRICEP DIPS - stand in-between two chairs that have their back to you, hands on the back of each chair, lift your feet and DIP! Alternatively, hands on the seat, lift the bum in a reverse plank and DIP!
* 10 x BULGARIAN SPILT SQUAT (10 with each leg) Stand with your back to the chair, and put one foot on the seat of the chair (leg extended behind you) and SQUAT on the supporting leg
* 10 x PRESS-UP - you choose, either feet on the chair OR incline press-up onto the back of the chair or the seat of the chair
* 10 x STEP UPS - make sure you have a sturdy chair - step up and down like you would the plyo box. You can also step up from the side so you can use the back of the chair as a hand rail
10 x BENT OVER FLY - sit on edge of the seat and hinge forwards arms down to toes and then extend arms out to the side without lifting the back. Use some cans of beans / water bottles etc as weights!

Jason and his girls enthusiastically completed this circuit at the weekend, so we have decided to make it our WOD. They completed 5 rounds of each exercise, twice (10 times round in total). It's a lovely day so get in the garden with all the family, crank up the music and #GETITDONE!
