Jarvis is a great trainer and the classes are always enjoyable regardless of your fitness level. Definitely worth coming along to if you're thinking about it.

I get bored with classes very quickly; not this one!! Always a challenge and no end of the variety exercise week on week. Class A coaching, motivational and positive environment. Highly recommend!
Great atmosphere, quality trainer, value for money, sessions that work! I often leave a sweaty broken mess of a man... And yes that is a good thing.
