As I wrap up the year I can't help but realise how fantastic its been for both me and my students. 2019 has been one hell of an adventure and I've enjoyed all of it. Next year will be even better I'm sure of it. So join me in celebrating 21 safe new drivers on the road with me.
I'll be restarting work on 2nd January but am still available to take messages and calls. I'll also take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and prospero...us New Year.

And the last test of the year goes off with a brilliant pass for Cameron today! He battled blinding sun reflections and heavily flooded roads to get a great pass with only 3 little minors.

It's a sad state to see so many crashes recently. In the last month and half around the Dengie I've seen multiple cars in ditches, one on it's side in a field and the road at the Fambridge bend is currently closed as I type this due to another nasty crash. 2 of these crashes have happened within the last 24 hours and I truly hope all involved are not injured.
At this time of year theres always an increase of accidents, mostly due to drivers not anticipating the adverse weathe...r conditions such as ice and water that WILL affect their driving capabilities thus resulting in failure compensating for it. More importantly, theres a great chance that these could be avoided in the first place. Sometimes with just a little more knowledge or tools on how to think about these conditions proactively can make all the difference.
We all have to share these roads and we all want to be safe; No one plans on crashing. If anyone feels unconfident in these conditions, if they have any questions and want some advice then PLEASE contact me. Whether it's a drive in the car together or a quick phone call, I'm here to help. I'm not going to charge people for a little advice over the phone so don't be afraid to speak to me.

With the Christmas season looming in, parties and get togetherŌĆÖs likely the cases of drink driving always increase this time of year. It shouldnŌĆÖt EVER be this way. The thought of this happening to anyone let along my family terrifies me! Life is sacred, it should be protected, not gambled like this.
