Whoever is in charge of this place plus all of your staff should be very very proud of yourselves, not only choice but quality food at which tastes as good as it looks plus at extremely competitively priced! Thank you very much as a real foodie, it was a lovely change to get not only what we ordered which was only a open steak sandwich but it was delicious, you should start a franchise.

What a little gem! We were recommended to try here for tea and cake but they offer so much more! Staff are friendly and helpful, cafe is clean and very smart in appearance and the cakes are amazing!! Best cup of tea I've had and I've tried quite a few!! Top marks to all at JayJays keep up the good work!!

We love visiting Jay Jay's, there is always a fantastic cake selection and the salads are fab too. They have proper loose tea and the coffee is really nice as well. The staff are always happy and friendly and the cafe is clean with plenty of seats inside and out. ÔŅĹ

Visited a few times past few months and we are never disappointed Absolutely amazing food so many delicious cakes that is hard to make a choice on which one you want & so many different choices off lunches and you get what you pay for fabulous large portions would definitely recommend this place for breakfast or lunch ÔŅĹ

Popped in last year for the first time by chance, and it ended up being the best meal of the holiday. Went again yesterday and we weren't disappointed. Great food, had to wait a little bit but that's the price you pay for fresh food. Portion size was more than enough and the staff were great. Good value for money.

Our first visit to the area, bit cold and wet but lovely! Just walked along beach and fancied a coffee, saw Jay Jay's so headed there. We opened the door to an amazing smell if coffee and food and then we spotted the beautiful counter of cakes ūüéā ūüėč Well needless to say we didn't just buy coffee!!!!! ūüôą Absolutely spotlessly clean, very friendly staff, lovely find will most definitely be back ‚̧ԳŹ

Excellent Food! Whenever we go to Gorleston we always eat at JayJays - Yesterday I had Lobster Cocktail Sandwich which was 11 out of 10. I did ask the lovely waitress at the counter what the people were eating opposite and theirs looked amazing.

Always visit here when staying at our place at the Wild Duck and it never disappoints! Had the Sunday roast today and it was fantastic. Definitely worth the money, will definitely be back again!

Lovely cooked breakfast after Parkrun. Nice environment and good food. Enjoyed the loose lead tea. Well done Jay Jay' s. Next visit I will have to try some of the delicious looking cake.

Lovely cakes and coffee, the food we saw looked very nice. Milkshake though umm very disappointing, I wasn't expecting a boring glass of milk with a bit of nesquick stirred in. Think an improvement can be made on them.

What a disappointment for someone with a gluten free diet ... what's your options ... anything without bread ... wonder if they will br creative and offer you a replacement or at a cheaper price ... i dont think so after the response i had ...how original in this day and age. And when asking to speak to the manager ... he just left ...

We had our school reunion there on the 18th of April at 12.00pm as normal everything was good the food was on time considering a very busy day. Generous portions always polite staff. Such a GEM ON THE WONDERFUL EAST COAST ūüĎćūüĆě

Visited today as I've heard so much about this place and so was looking forward to the 40 minute walk it took to get there. Had to wait over 1 hour for food and that was after enquiring twice about the waiting time. Appreciate places can get busy but no apologies and no offer of a complimentary drink as in the way of an appology for the wait, even though the same food that we had ordered was being bought out to people that had ordered after us. We were not the only guest that had to wait longer than average for food. I would go back again but I would avoid their busy times as they don't seem to be able to cope ÔŅĹ

Customer service has gone right down hill. One staff member upset my 5 year old, telling her Off for mistakingly walking in on her while she was on the loo. Then relayed the problem to me as if she had committed a crime. Big shame nice place, lots of lovely things on offer and great after a beach walk. Staff really let it down ÔŅĹ

We very disappointed as we have travelled based on recommendations but was very disappointed to learn that at 4.10pm you no longer served food even though it states you are open until 5pm. I appreciate the staff have to have their dinner however all the staff were eating home cooked food but your customers are no allowed to pay for food.

Urgh...beware menu is not accurate, meat labelled as veggie, although assured this is being changed, would be very cautious if allergic to foods. My V burger was 100% beef! Not even an apology from a very flippant and discourteous proprietor. Unsatisfactory to say the least, very disappointed from what used to be my favourite place ÔŅĹ

Rude staff, chatting away to 1 another rather than being polite when serving. Come away with cold coffees while I was told to wait for my bacon rolls and at £16 for 2 coffees and 2 Bacon rolls would expect alot better service. Disgusted...........
