Latest job finished up yesterday, just awaiting delivery of the basin taps then that can be fitted, roll top bath with black claw feet, traditional free standing tap, existing toilet was cleaned up and re used, 1400x800 shower tray and enclosure, traditional style mixer shower with fixed head, 6mm MDF beaded panel around the room painted a lovely blue, finished with dado rail, Laura Ashley floor tiles and classic metros in the shower area finished off with Webber grey grout and colour matched silicone. Latest job for Palmers of Lincoln just finished, this was a complete refurb in a converted stable barn, not one wall or ledge was level or even flat but we got around that and have this amazing end product, tiles were matt marble effect 75mm x 150mm , floor tiles were porcelain planks 75mm x 450mm. All finished off with Bal ash grey grout. The customer wanted a traditional / rustic look and i think we achieved that.

Busy day today! We had plasterers and the electrician doing their bits in the bathroom/wet room, so we couldn't really get in the room, luckily the customer wanted to get rid of their horrible cast iron stack pipe and replace it with new black plastic pipe, just a bit of pointing up to do once new toilet goes in next week

Job completed this week for palmers working alongside the bedroom team, we worked together to tear down the old en-suite, the walls and ceiling as well, we had to make the room smaller to make the bedroom bigger, patch plastering on the existing ceiling, all new plastering on outside and inside of en-suite, new 800x800 shower tray with infold shower door, stone effect tiling in shower area, concealed geberit cistern, with high comfort btw pan, all boxing tiled and finished off with square chrome trim and ivory grout, colour matched silicone in the shower area. Radiator moved in bedroom to other side of the room and patchwork where new sockets were fitted. very happy customers who want more work carried out in their property,onto the next one. thanks to everyone involved in this job!

Here's a kitchen my father in law had been fitting in his home, he got us in to first fix the kitchen and re arrange all the plumbing for the new layout, radiator removed and an under unit plinth heater fitted, we then returned once the work tops were done to fit the new sink with a separate filter tap, then followed up with this lovely tiling 2 different shades of grey tiles with a wood grain effect, edges finished off with brushed stainless steel trim and Ivory grout to match the units, the kitchen isn't fully completed yet but it's nearly there and will look amazing once it's completed.

What a start to the new year! We are pretty much booked up untill the end of April apart from one week in March which we will be trying to fill with some smaller jobs, if you would like a free estimate on improving your home in any way please give me a message 😁

The latest job completed in time for Christmas this was another completed for wickes, a wall was removed to make space for everything, all bathroom units down one side of the room with toilet and basin, fully tiled in the shower area and half tiled around the window wall in gloss white tiles with white grout, bath moved up into new area which was a storage area, new electric shower and riser kit, led mirror light with shaver point fitted, floor tiled with slate effect porcelain tiles with slate grout, very happy customers who have a new modern bathroom just in time for Christmas, they had a brand new kitchen fitted the week before so it has been a very busy month for them. Electrics done by DR Electrical always does a great job.

This job was completed a couple of weeks ago for wickes, full tile in brick bond, radiator relocated, toilet vanity unit, basin vanity unit, new spot lights added and new shower cable ran in, ceiling over boarded and skimmed, radiator wall re skimmed, vinyl click flooring, new soil stack outside, finished off with platinum grout and colour matched silicone, very happy customer once again, electrics by DR Electrical and plastering by D.Miles Plastering, thank you everyone for your great work, latest job to follow....

The little one we did last week in 2.5 days, bath out, plumbing adjusted for thermostatic shower, mermaid boards and new enclosure very happy customer with their new easily accessible and easy maintenance shower, got two more jobs to upload at the end of the week, the bigger ones we've been working on throughout December.

Finished this job off today for Palmers, lovely 600x300 tiles stacked on the walls and floors, finished off with silver grey grout, chrome trims, 3 way shower fitted with an overflow tap and also feeding a shower outlet and fixed arm, we are taking bookings for February on wards please dont hesitate to get in touch for a free quote.
