Love these ladies 🤩 They came out in the heat and conquered a small group PT session. So great to see improvements in core strength, mobility and how they challenge themselves every single week. Awesome work Jane Pithers, Tracy Parr and Poppy.

Where do I start!! I started just over a year ago, I have tried so many different exercises, never stuck to any of them.

Went one Monday evening and I was hooked, the classes are so varied, you feel so great afterwards.

I have never been one for working as a team, probably as I know my fitness couldn’t match up to others, but I never felt that with Jeanette’s group, when needed you can work at your own pace, but with the encouragement of the team, just pushes you that little bit hard if you wish.

Jeanette is great, always asks for injuries and will advise and adapt exercises to suit, she makes it very personal to you.

It’s a great group, taught by a great instructor, what more can you ask for!!

Well after losing weight I then wanted to hit my next goal of getting fitter!

Jeanette's classes are helping me achieve that, never been one for fitness , but have got to the point of missing it if I can't make a class! Still a long way to go but I have already seen changes, I can now do full sit ups! And moving up through the weights at kettlebells

There is great support from both Jeanette and others that attend regardless of the differing abilities. Great classes to sign up to, thank you jeanette for helping me on my journey xx

Loving Monday nights circuit, great all over body work out, great variety with every session and always lots of fun with a good mix of cardio and strength building! I’ve just completed my third week of Jeanette’s classes and they are fab. Well planned out with some fun thrown in for good measure. I am at the beginning of a long journey getting my fitness up to scratch and Jeanette is more than happy to offer help and advice and tailor activities to suit my abilities. Highly recommend. I started my journey in Jan 18. Didn’t think I’d stick to it as never do, however Jeanette’s encouragement and coaching and such a great bunch of people has kept me coming back week on week. So far I’ve lost 16lb and over 9.5inches from my body. I can feel that my fitness levels are improving and the periodic fitness tests really help. Really enjoying it. Come give it a go!

I started going to boot camp to help with strength for running. Have tried other classes before but hadn’t been quite what I wanted. This is great because it’s outside and you can work as hard as you want (or not)! Jeanette knows to push you and I feel like I get loads out of it and definitely feel stronger:). There’s a great group of very supportive ladies too so there are laughs through the pain!!

I started bootcamp to get fit and tone up. I am on that journey and loving it. In the 10 weeks I have lost inches, improved my stamina, can do full sit ups. I am beginning to believe in myself again that I can do these things. The groups I attend are friendly and fun (even if I don’t think so at the time!). Jeanette is a great trainer and motivates us all the time.

I started boot camp over a year ago now, I wanted to loose weight and get fitter. To be honest I hated most exercise classes as it was always the same format and near enough the same exercises, I would count the time down. I’ve never once done that in these classes as every class is different. Jeanette has brought me on leaps and bounds from someone who struggled to do one sit ups and run the a lap of the pitch without stopping, to doing nearly 50 sit ups and run the lap of the field without stopping. The exercises are demonstrated before hand and Jeanette monitor us to ensure we are doing them correctly which stops any injury and makes sure we are getting a full benefit of the exercise. Friendly group and very kind and friendly PT, all a bonus as it’s all on your door step.�

I started Bootcamp To get fitter, stronger and maintain my figure.

What I find good about it is the full body work out, mixing it up to work all muscles groups.

It makes me feel great.

For me it’s about physical and mental well being. It’s a fantastic start to the day, makes me feel brighter and happier. I miss it on the days it’s not on.I have seen improvements already.

I feel stronger. My core is definitely getting stronger as my back is twinging less.

Most importantly Jeanette’s coaching is brilliant as she makes sure your doing the exercises properly to prevent injury. That’s really important to me as you don’t get that in a class environment.

I have been going to Jeanette’s bootcamp for over a year now and i am thoroughly enjoying her bootcamp sessions. I have really noticed improvements in my strength and having the right equipment has really helped! She is always encouraging to push me that bit harder and I love the variety of each class- every session is different. I have made some good friends whilst doing her classes and would recommend coming along to anyone new to fitness or those who want to change their current exercise plan.

I have been doing various bootcamps on and off for the last few years and had lost my mojo. I started with Jeanette a couple of months back and have been pretty much at 4 x classes a week ever since. I love the variety of exercises at every session and the guidance which Jeanette gives as I'd been doing press ups completely wrong and never been shown how properly. I've also struggled with my lower back during ab exercises but she's given me help with that too which I've never had from other trainers. The classes are all fun and the team spirit is great. I look forward to every session and feel so much better after the early morning classes they really set you up for the day. Thanks Jeanette you're doing a fab job xx

Brilliant class, love the different elements and warm up/cooling off games..... Jeanette is a great coach and quickly explains the circuits elements giving both harder and easier options. I've never done circuits before but find the social aspect and short durations very motivational...... And Jeanette is constantly on hand to coach, support and encourage! I'm really enjoying it. :)

Anyone that knows me well knows that I'm not a boot camp person!!! Until now � I'm on a journey of weight loss but know when I get there I will still hate my body so knew I had to do something physical too. Sooo glad I joined Jeanette's bootcamp, we have a lovely group, the work outs are hard for me but I've already noticed so many changes in my fitness and how I generally feel so this will only get better. I have a dodgy back and Jeanette takes the time to support me and show me how to work my body properly, we definitely work hard but have fun at the same time. Converted �
