Good morning to all our clients.
I just wanted to make you aware of a glitch with Lloyds Cardnet who process our credit and debit card payments. Clients who paid by credit/debit card for their appointments on 29th August 2018 will see that the payment is showing on their accounts as being taken twice. To reassure you this is purely an issue with Lloyds Cardnet and that John Olivers has not taken your payments twice. Lloyds Cardnet are processing refunds as of 31 August 201...8. This issue affects all our salons with the exception of Cromer who do not appear to have been affected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I’ve been having my hair highlighted and styled by Leanne for the past three months, and she’s always done it exactly as I asked. I went from a caramel brown with black roots to a light ash blonde with no signs of damage at all. My treatments have always been done with care and never rushed despite me having a lot of hair which is very thick. The price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.

I had my hair cut and a balayage colour done by Jess a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the wonderful service she gave! My hair is the perfectly blended shade from my natural roots to the beige blonde/bronde, I decided I wanted a slight grown out fringe look to the front of my hair which sounds questionable but Jess has done it perfectly, just as I had asked. I left the salon so happy with my new hair and I've had so many compliments! Now wouldn't want for anyone other than Jess to be my hairdresser! ��

I had my hair chemically straightened by Jodie, she was very professional from start to finish and completely understood my hair type. Jodie constantly checked my hair through the process and I felt in very safe and experienced hands. On washing my hair one week later I was worried it may not be the same as in the salon, I really did not need to worry as it was very straight and smooth and soft to touch, I recommend Jodie to anyone that is thinking of having this done as she is a very amazing hairdresser !

Amazing re-style from Phillip. After having my baby 5 months ago my hair was a disaster zone with only the ‘mum ponytail’ look getting very dull. I left feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world. The team were so accommodating, having booked online slightly wrong they were able to change my stylist so I could have more time for a re-style. I never leave disappointed. Thank you!
