What a difference! Rental property in Norwich 👀
This rental was in desperate need of a redec and that’s exactly what it got! ✅ Walls prepared for two coats of Dulux Vinyl Matt Magnolia using a Mirka ( orbital sander) you can really see how bad the walls were in the before photos! Lots of stains throughout the house and especially bad in the lounge caused by a water leak, all stains treated with Zinseer ( stain block) .Ceilings finished in Dulux Vinyl Matt. Woodwork and rads f...inished in Dulux oil based Satinwood. Front door painted in Dulux weathershield🛡
Quick turn around on this one and really have gone all out for the customer 👌🏼

What a difference a coat of paint can make on something! This fire place was definitely in need of a new lease of life after decorating the rest of the room, most people would of probably considered changing it all together but we really have brought this fireplace to life!
Two coats of Zinseer then finished in a high heat resistant Matt black paint! Hearth finished in eggshell!

A quick patch up job yesterday, rental property on Cambridge street , Norwich. Repaired walls and repainted them . Customer also wanted some varnishing done on some drawers .
