It is always a challenge to set aside "me time" and I must say the reflexology session with Judy was wonderful. Throughout the session Judy was extremely informative and it was fascinating how it all links to the rest of the body. I was so warm and cosy throughout the session and felt so relaxed I didn't want to go home. Highly recommend.
