If anyone is interested in learning Reiki I have a First Degree course on Saturday 14th October here in Canewdon. no previous experience is necessary. Reiki is a lovely healing energy therapy suitable for anyone and everyone. It is traditionally taught in 3 Degrees. The First Degree is designed for use on yourself and family/friends. It only takes one day to learn how to channel this beautiful energy and then you and your family and friends can enjoy the benefits of the lovel...y healing treatments. It is a truly amazing experience to be able to send Reiki over your own body to heal and relax yourself physically and emotionally. To get the full benefit you should be prepared to perform self treatments for 21 consecutive days after completing the day. At the end of the day you will be issued with a Certificate to say that you have completed First Degree training. You will also receive a set of course notes. The cost of the day is £50 per person. I hold the courses right here at my home in Canewdon. We start at 10am and finish at around 4pm. If you enjoy the day and wish to progress to the next level then I will be happy to arrange a 2nd degree course for 3 months later. The second degree is known as Practitioner Level and after completing this level you would be able to obtain insurance as a Reiki Practioner and advertise your treatments if you wish. Hi all, I have a Reki 2nd Degree course planed for this Saturday 10am-4pm. If anyone has done their First Degree and are ready for the next level I still have spaces available £50 per person.

Most of you know all about the therapies that I do but not everyone knows that I tend to keep a nice stock of crystals for sale which make very nice gifts. If you are in the village or local then feel free to give me a call or message me to arrange a time to pop over to take a look. Otherwise I am happy to post if you add the price of the postage to the cost of the items. I thought I'd put a couple of bits on here from time to time so you get an idea what sort of things I sto...ck. At the moment I have some beautiful spiral necklaces for sale at only £2.50 which hold a crystal which are available seperatrly for £1 each. The lovely thing about these is that you can change your crystal as often as you want depending on your mood or what you feel you need. Each type of crystal has different qualites - I'll tell you about a few.. Opalite is one of my favourites - it is a gorgeous milky iridiscent stone which is a good all round healing stone but is particularly known for clearing negative energy/blockages. It helps to stabilise your mood swings and aids communication - helping you to express your hidden feelings.
Rose Quartz of course is another stone that is very popular. It is known as the stone of love - love for yourself as well as others. Balances your emotions. Also said to be very good for treatment of migraines!!

Hi everyone, I'm planning another Reiki First Degree course if anyone is interested on Saturday 12th March. The cost is £50 per person but if you'd like to come with a friend I'm doing a 'buy one and get the other for half price' offer so its £75 for the two of you. Reiki First Degree teaches you to tap into this marvellous healing energy and help to heal yourself, family, friends and pets. If you find that you wish to take it further and become a practitioner then traditionally Reiki 2nd Degree is taught 3 months later so I will be setting dates for that a little later in the year.
If anyone has already done Reiki First Degree (either with myself or someone else) and wishes to do their Second Degree training then I am currently in the process of organising a Second Degree course so please message me for details.
