Our 14ft Jumpking Zorb pod (bought Christmas 2017) was pretty much decimated by storm Doris in Feb 2017 (we neglected to fit a tie down kit - now learnt our lesson!).

Harriet (Jumpking Ipswich) was absolutely brilliant in trying to sort a rebuild for us, and yesterday she came out with a colleague and spent nearly 4 hours rebuilding with new poles/net etc (and a tie-down kit!) and could not have been more helpful. Thank you for your 5* service Harriet and colleague, our Zorb pod looks fantastic again! Would 100% recommend for customer service and quality of product.

Brilliant selection of trampolines bouncy castles and more to keep the children and adults entertained!

Bought a trampoline and tent arrived in 3-4 days and its absolutely spot on the kids love it, easy to put together, will be buying from jumpking in the future thank you

The delivery company used is a poor choice - Parcel Force - no time slots are given so waiting in all day is pretty much the only option. I was at work and my Wife had to go out - she left instructions and a phone number but as it's a signed for service Parcel Force would not deliver. We now have to pick the thing up from the depot. May as well have rented a van and gone to Toys R Us.

I bought a canopy last year for my little boy's Christmas. Only put it on the trampoline in April of last year and it had ripped to shreds by December. Apparently I have no rights as I had bought it over a year ago. Even if I had used the £60 canopy for a full year and a day you would expect it to last. Utter bilge. Avoid these and just go with a cheaper brand.

Bought my daughter a bouncy castle for her birthday which I received around 2hours ago, within 20 minutes of it being up the blower has broken, won't blow any air at all and make a a weird noise!!!
