Having worked within the Herbs and Spices sector for many years I have grown frustrated at both the quality and range available in multiple retailers. For years I have wanted to offer the consumer the best range, the freshest product and at a reasonable price.
The opportunity came about recently on the arrival of my daughter. We took the decision to both go part time in order to enjoy watching her grow up. This allowed me to seek a job that could also fit in my passion for flavour. From that moment my dreams of starting up a destination for Herbs and Spices in Rayleigh began.
I spent many an evening researching various suppliers in order to find the best. I'm excited to say that the vast majority of these products are also Gluten Free.
I believe these products are the best and hope you find just the ingredient when you visit. If you have any products /suggestions requests don't hesitate to ask.

What a great product range
It's a start!
Would rather get my daughter eating veggies first, but incase you want a novel way of introducing egg to the little ones.
Top baking tip
Since baking powder isn’t used as frequently as baking soda, it often expires and loses it’s leavening capabilities as it sits in your pantry. Check the expiration date before making these blondies.To test your baking powder, put a teaspoon in 1/3 cup of hot water. If it bubbles vigorously, it’s good to go!

Ordered a seasonal fruit and veg box from @RayleighFruitnVeg and they had Bugs Bunny carrots inside. Chopped up the greenery on top and added to my Winter vegetable soup. Taste is similar to parsley with a slight bitterness.

The quality of the JTI's products is superb and they always go out of their way to get herbs and spices to me really quickly. Their range is much broader that you'll find in any shop in the area. We don't buy our herbs and spices from anyone else!
