It’s not been a bad first week! Another car sold and what a stunner it is! 😎

JZM are thrilled to offer yet another meticulously maintained LHD 997 GT3 RS 4.0L. This Porsche has received a full JZM one and a half hour bumper to bumper inspection and we are glad to report this GT really is as good as it looks. As always this GT3 has had its mileage verified along with the operating hours and rev ranges by our onsite team of technicians and we can happily report the vehicle data is exemplary.
As we roll into 2019 this marks two decades of water cooled GT...3 production. Many agree that the 997 variant, in particular the generation II cars as the sweet spot in the evolutionary curve.
The 3.8 RS has continued to have a huge following with many preferring the Mezger engine, smaller dimensions and more mechanical feel, however the pinnacle, the top of the pile has to be the 4.0L RS. These cars have already cemented their selves in Porsche history as one of the all-time most collectable modern Porsche cars.
This is a particularly fine example and a car that leads the way in terms of value, hence an early call may be required to avoid disappointment.

718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport

What does everyone think of the new 718 GT4 Clubsport that Porsche have recently released! It’s good to see there is a N/A block in there but will the road car get the same engine? 🤔

It’s our first day back in the office for 2019 and we have just taken a deposit against our beautiful 991.2 Turbo S Exclusive. What a way for someone to start the new year! 😎

Porsche recalls Panamera models for re-programming of electric power steering control unit.
Porsche is requesting that the current generation of Panamera vehicles are brought in to workshops so that the control unit on the affected vehicles’ electric power steering can be re-programmed. There are 74,585 vehicles affected worldwide, produced between 21 March 2016 and 6 December 2018.
A software fault means that there is the potential for the assistance offered by the electric ...power steering to become unavailable for a limited period. If this happens, increased force is then required for steering. To avoid this, the associated control unit needs to be re-programmed with an updated data record as a precautionary measure.
Affected customers are being contacted in writing and asked to visit their Porsche Centre as soon as possible. The workshop visit will take around an hour, and is free of charge for customers.
