Absolutely perfect

We stayed in the 3 bedroom chalet and it had everything you could want and more. Nicely decorated with lovely furnishings. Passes for the entertainment complex were included too. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a Fantastic short break. The standard and attention to detail from the owners is way above anything we expected, nothing is too much trouble. A short walk to a quiet beach topped it off perfectly. Thank You Kirsty and Matt. I would highly recommend xx

The chalet is so homely and has everything you'd need and more! The location of the chalet on the park is fantastic, you're no more than a minutes walk from the pool, shop and food places. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning

So much time and thought has been put into K&M's chalets and they've done them selfs proud, a really nice place to stay! Very homely extra comfy beds, very clean & well stocked there's even toys for the kiddies!! Highly recommend

My family stayed in the 9 sleeper chalet and it was gorgeous! So homely! Had everything we needed plus more! Entertainment and swimming was great fun! Kids didn't want to go home! We will defiantly book again! Luved it! xxo

Just spent a week in chalet 93, last year a week in 474. Both chalets have everything you could possibly need. Lovely, relaxing time. Kids really enjoyed it and made lots of new friends. Will definitely be back next year, hopefully with the same gorgeous weather. X

Just leaving after a fantastic week in the 2 bed chalet. Was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything plus lots of extras. Thankyou for a fab stress free holiday. See you next year c

Just got home after a lovely 5 days at chalet 104 amazing welcome surprise gifts on arrival for our wedding anniversary. Very modern clean and comfortable great accommodation plus lovely beach 5 mins away for the Little dog. Would Recommend Thank you Kirsty and Matt.

Just got back after two weeks staying at new chalet

93 Sunbeach and would highly recommend it. Has everything you could possibly need in it a real home from home. Beautifully kept & both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable to sleep in.Bathroom has a bath and a brand new electric shower to suit everyone. We found the location ideal as only a few minutes walk to entertainment in the evening and during the day we were within minutes of the swimming pool,amusements,beach and bus stop if we wanted to go into Great Yarmouth or Hemsby.

Didn't want to come home yesterday so no doubt will be booking again, Thanks for everything Kirsty & Matt xx

It was like home away from home ! Everything I had forgotten was there already including the birthday candles ! Everything was thought about .loved the decoration and finish and comfort.

It is a lovely family holiday home we had a great time and will b goin back there xx

Had a great long weekend in chalet 104 Sandbeach. Every need is catered for and thought of, very comfortable accommodation. And a very generous welcome pack on arrival. We didn't use the park's facilities as we were too busy elsewhere - the beach, chippy and pub are a five minute walk and Great Yarmouth only ten minute drive. Thanks so much for having us!

Come highly recommended. Spotlessly clean nicely furnished ,decorated and homely. Everything you could want for a comfortable stay .10 min walk to beautiful beach lovely peaceful villlage.we enjoyed a luvly relaxing week thanks to K and M chalets. Definately book with them again.
