Me and my daughter visited here on the weekend. We had ice cream cake and coffee it was very nice .

I was at kasper today with family the desert was amazing I highly recommend for every one to pay a visit the service was amazing and new manager big guy he was excellent full of joy and always smiling.

I am coming here almost everyday to drink my coffee. I have tried as well some desserts And they are brilliant � staff is very friendly And helpful.

Had a lovely visit today for an early Mother’s Day treat. Called ahead to ask if space available for a wheelchair which we were reassured there was and on arrival a table had been reserved for us and chair removed ready for us to be seated with no fuss. Food lovely and staff helpful and friendly. Thank you for making what is sometimes awkward a totally pleasant experience from beginning to end �

Twas ok, I'm not a dessert person but my daughter's absolutely love popping in when they are in the area.

Our first visit to kaspas. Waiting staff not very friendly no eye contact and abrupt tables not very clean and menus sticky ! However amazing deserts ! Let's itsself down with cleanliness

Desserts were fab as always just a shame about the incredibly grumpy female member of staff! �

Will never go there again staff are rude and don't communicate properly or understand English! Don't go there just but an ice cream from the supermarket

Visited the one in Watford (St Albans Road) yesterday afternoon, what an absolute disgrace! Staff just ignored customers, others had waited over 20 minutes for their order and were then spoken to VERY abruptly when enquiring what was happening to their order, not one member of staff spoke to myself and my friend, they didn't even look at us, we had given up waiting to be given a table when we arrived (stood waiting for over 5 mins in searing heat), so just sat ourselves down, and then when I went up to the counter was forced to ask if I could give my order (as all staff were ignoring all customers who were waiting for anything), I was abruptly told "yes, yes, give me a minute, I'm very busy". Absolutely no staff structure, nobody seemed to know what they were doing. When we gave up and left, so did at least 3 other customers. We went to a nearby local competitor where we were immediately greeted at the door, shown to our table and had the ordering system explained to us. When we went up to make our order we were served straight away, and within less than 5 minutes we had the order on our table. This place was FAR busier than Kaspas and had about the same number of staff on duty, yet they were able to be polite, attentive and prompt in giving their customers attention and delivering orders. There is NO excuse whatsoever for the rudeness and ignorance of the staff at Kaspas. We will NOT be returning EVER!! I'd give it MINUS 10 stars if I could, but that option isn't available!

Popped in there for the first time and the staff abruptly asked me and my lady to move table because it was bigger table than for 2 people although the table and various other bigger tables were empty, and they was about to try to seat us right in the corner next to a table with about 20 screaming teenagers so I politely asked the staff member if she minded if we sat at another table and she didn’t even make eye contact when she pointed out that the table is for more than 2 people, yet loads of other tables were empty so I said if we can’t sit somewhere else a bit quieter then we’ll find another venue to eat and they still would not seat us elsewhere so we left. I could understand if the place was busy, I would have even happily moved table if a large crowd came in but it was 8pm on a Sunday and the place was half empty! Absolutely diabolical. The only thing that looked nice about the place was the flashy sign on the front of the building but inside it’s dark poorly lit and grotty what I can only describe looks like a dingy smoky American pool bar. The tables were sticky and weren’t very clean, basic hygiene doesn’t go a miss in a venue where customers are eating and the deserts on display really weren’t anything special to look at. For all of the five minutes we were there I wouldn’t even entertain going back in that noisy place again. Never in 32 years have I gone into a venue and been refused point blank a table when there were loads free and to still refuse after telling them I’ll leave and go elsewhere, they obviously don’t value their customers very much if at all. What a dive. Don’t waste your money here, head into the town to Desert Island where the prices are cheaper, service is amazing and the deserts are to die for, the reviews speak for themselves, I can’t see Kaspa’s staying open for business for very long.
