Pattinson Estate Agents is an established Estate Agent throughout the North East benefiting from 30 braches across the region.

Pattinson estate agents was launched by Keith Pattinson on 4th July 1977, it is no coincidence that it was Independence Day, being independent is central to our company ethos. 21 Ridley Place, Newcastle upon Tyne was our first office and remains our Head Office today.

We have grown from one office with one man selling three properties to twenty nine offices across the North East with around 200 members of staff. We don’t just sell houses we also have Commercial, Survey, Property Management and Auction Departments and are proud to be members of the RICS.

The dedicated team at North Shields has the benefit of over 20 years of experience within the Estate Agency business.

Mhairi Allan, Branch Partner, has over 10 years of Sales experience and has Managed the successful North Shields office for the past three years.

John Hulse, Valuer, is a new member to the team but has been valuing houses in the coastal area for over 10 years.

Ruth Robinson, Senior Sales and Letting Negotiator /Rental Valuer, has recently progressed to a more Senior role due to her outstanding contribution within the team.

Adam Stewart, Sales and Letting Negotiator, also new to the team, has got off to a flying start with multiple Sales and Deposits within his first month.

Also based at the North Shields Branch is our Survey Department. We have a team of specialist surveyors who are all Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and all have a minimum of 10 years' experience of providing surveying services throughout the North East of England on both residential or commercial property. Barry Knox, Head of Survey has over twenty years of experience. Our surveyors are supported by an efficient team of administrators to ensure rapid delivery of a quality service.
