I've amended my rating and now my review, because after posting the original review (below) - I cannot fault the excellent customer service that I have received from Kettle Chips. They got in touch with me super quick, took the details, investigated what had gone on and has written to me, all within less than week - more than adequately making up for a boo boo in the production line. Great job, all!

Bought a multipack of salt and vinegar, only to open them up and find 1 badly ripped open bag of ready salted(!), 2 ok bags of salt and vinegar, and 2 bags of salt and vinegar merrily leaking air, thus inedible.

Definitely not up to the usual standard I'd expect...

I tried kettle mature cheddar & red onion, absolutely amazing and gluten free. I love it

I tried Kettle Chips Discoveries "Gressingham Duck, Plum Sauce & Spring Onion" - absolutely fantastic. The flavor was so spot-on that I literally made yummy sounds the entire time I was eating them. I purchased "Mature Cheddar & Red Onion", "Sweet Chili & Sour Cream, and "Crispy Bacon & Maple Syrup with Norfolk Bacon" at the same time. If they are anything remotely close to the robust, savory and pleasantly sweet flavors in my Kettle Discoveries bag of chips/crisps, I am in for a real treat! :D

I love kettle crisps because they are very popular and tasty & thease crisps are my favourite & always will be my first crisps, if I could I would go to the factory to see them being made.

*edit: Kettle Chips customer services are speedy and very helpful. They dealt with this issue wonderfully, and the replacement bags I bought with the free vouchers they sent were the great quality I'm used to :-) !



Bought a packet of your sea salt and crushed black pepper corns crisps, best before date 14/04/18. Opened the packet to find soggy/ incredibly soft crisps - inedible! Very disappointing. Please see comments for photos...

Love the crisps and flavours but a big No No to not being able to recycle the waste after.... that’s a lot of waste going into landfill (or countryside) for a few minutes of human pleasure and a big footprint left on the planet. More needs to be done with all packaging, only complaining as I really like these crisps. �

Love love love Kettle crisps, so when the 'even bigger bag' was in the supermarket, I thought "woohoo, more crisps" but alas the bag is indeed bigger but the amount of crisps is not! I nearly had to climb in to get any out! Disappointed �

Your crisps are one of my favourites and something I buy a lot. So today I purchased a bag of your kettle ridge crisps, flame steak flavour for my lunch and am really disappointed. As I opened them it’s appears that someone had forgot to fill the bag!! It’s says 40g bag and yet I’m sure there wasn’t even 20g in this bag! I have taken pictures of the bag and the amount of crisps there were in there.

Not happy at all as now I’m going back to work slightly hungry still! Iv also spent the last 15 minutes trying to send you a email via your website and it just doesn’t seem to allow a complaint to go through.

What is this in my crisps my dog has eaten some and he is throwing up � in my house

Purchased mature cheddar and red onion 150g packet and absolutely no flavour other than salt. Tried calling the customer service about this but no answer on several different occasions. Wouldn't recommend.

Opened a bag of my favourite balsamic vinegar and sea salt to find about 15 small chips in the bottom

Kettle Bites... The 'bite' bit is right that's for sure! Reduced pack size to 22g!!!!!! I counted 11 crisps!!!!!! .... Oh... But you boast 95 calories per pack, considering its mostly air in a pack that's pretty lame. Incidentally, 22g of chocolate is marginally more than 95 calories �

I've been buying kettle crisps for many years and assumed that they have been quality checked. Today to my disappointment, I have found a hand full of rotten burnt crisps. Please can you advice how this has happened as I'm reluctant making future purchases. With a well known brand I would expect quality products.

I think it's shocking that this company, sell non-recyclable packets in this day and age. They should take responsibility. I won't be buying any of their products again�

I have tried two different flavours in the Discoveries range and found them both to be tasteless. I am struggling through a packet of Gressingham Duck Plum Sauce and Spring Onion and it tastes like salted cardboard. I am very disappointed especially as the picture on the packet looks so tempting.



I won't be buying these products again. Sorry.

God I would rate this -1 million starts if I could!!!! Is vile!!!... Got 10 bags of Morrison on Saturday mature cheddar and onion 150g,and every single one of them they taste rotten and barely any cheese flavour,worse crisps I ever came across and I eat loads,£20 gone down the drain,contacted Morison they adviced me to get in touch with em,tried calling no answer! Avoid this like plague
