Jon and Co are an extremely helpful, knowledgable bunch. Really great to have a 'decent' bike shop in town which has everything you need. If they don't have it they'll get it in quickly! The handle coffee bar is a nice touch too. Highly recommend!

Had a spoke pop out on a ride from St Albans, popped into Kinetic and they saved me from a very slow ride back! They sorted it out within the hour, all whilst having a hot chocolate.Great service.

Good bunch of lads, recently furnished me with a difficult to find bolt for my CX bike from an old part they had laying around. Spent a fair bit of coin in here on kids bikes, wheel truing and whatnot, lovely blokes and a solid shop. DonŌĆÖt hesitate to call this gaff your LBS.

Every time, I go into this shop I walk out wondering why I don't use it more often. Invariably it costs me though! on The most recent visit I went in for a ┬Ż10 Spesh mech hangar and ended up ordering 800 quids worth of wheal upgrade for my Diverge. Friendly informative staff who are not up themselves....big fan.

Ever since I brought my first bike there back in 2012, (now bought 4 between myself & my partner),IŌĆÖve always found the staff incredibly helpful, from allowing a quick pump up of tyres on route from work. Always cheerful, helpful & knowledgable. Keep up the good work. John & Co.
