Welcome to our luxury 3 bedroom platinum graded Park Lane Vista family caravan on haven park caister Norfolk.
It is a huge 42ft long x 14ft wide this is the biggest caravan you can get the next size up is a lodge.
Our holiday home has 3 bedrooms 1 x double bedroom with en suite and 2 x twin single rooms, there is also a double sofa bed so it sleeps 8.
It is completely modern and open plan with a feel of a luxury apartment with everything you need for a relaxing break, this includes all usual essentials plus 32inch hd lcd screen tv, freeview, DVD.
Outside is a patio with a picnic bench and also a front veranda with front facing patio doors.
It is in a prime location on the park and close to all amenities and beach as well as having its own tarmac drive.
The site hosts a zip wire, motor bikes, mini golf, rock climbing, multi slides, go karts and family fun cars, swimming pool with multilane slide, papa johns, spar shop, launderette, fish and chip shop, basketball /football courts, archery, water walkers, mash and barrel restaurant, arcades, indoor soft play, and live lounge clubhouse
Caister itself is a perfect position it's next to gt Yarmouth of which is a typical large seaside location that has something to offer for everyone from shopping to theme parks.
Yarmouth races are next to caister of which has greyhound, banger and stock car racing. Also opposite is Yarmouth horse racing.
The broads are local and offers long walks and boat hire.

Caister is one of the biggest parks in the Norfolk area and offers amazing family fun.
This really is a caravan above the rest you will not experience luxury like this in another caravan, pictures do not do this justice at just how spacious and stunning our caravan is and we have it on a corner plot which hosts its own little cornered off area with a tarmac drive our premium plot is positioned in a convenient location on the park, just a 1 minute walk to the main entertainment complex, the swimming pool and the beach entrance so unlike most holiday bookings where you may be put a ten minute walk away from everything you will know where you are staying before you get there.

When hiring our caravan you can be assured that it will be thoroughly clean & tidy and in a good state of repair, you will know exactly the caravan that you are hiring and its location.



Caravan Facilities

Our caravan feels like a real home with high spec. fixtures and fittings, it comprises of a Lounge, dining and kitchen area, Master double bedroom with En suite, 2 twin bedrooms, a combined shower /WC room and an additional WC with a bath which not many caravans have which also hosts another shower.

Our caravan is fully double glazed with central heating throughout, which really makes a difference during the cold spring and autumn nights.

The lounge is open and spacious with freestanding domestic quality furniture, a 32inch lcd hd TV with built in freeview and a separate DVD player and front facing patio doors that open up onto a veranda.
We have spotlights all around creating the mood you desire.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size gas cooker and hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, full size fridge freezer and all the crockery, saucepans and utensils that you would expect and more. The dining table and 6 chairs are located between the kitchen and Lounge areas. The kitchen door separates the sleeping area from the living area, particularly useful if little ones are sleeping.

The bathroom has a Bath, sink, toilet and storage unit. In addition there is a second WC in the ensuite.

The master bedroom has a full-size double bed, bed side cabinets, wardrobes, drawers and dressing table with mirror.
En suite has a shower, sink and toilet.

The two twin rooms have bed side cabinet, wardrobes over bed storage cupboards and mirror.

Duvets and pillows will be provided, you will need to bring your own linen towels and tea towels.
Linen can also be hired from the park at £10 per room


All gas and electricity is provided in the price of your hire, if you wish to use the park facilities you will require entertainment passes which can be purchased from reception on arrival



No single sex parties allowed and no under age parties of under 21s.
No animals allowed.
