What a fantastic weekend! Huge congratulations to all our gymnasts who competed yesterday and today at the Tigers International Acro Cup! We are bursting with pride at how well you represented our club at such a huge event! And as always thank you so much to our team of parents who’s support and commitment is so appreciated!

Could anyone who came to class on Saturday 23rd of March between 12-2 please check their children’s trainers to see if they have the correct size. We had a young girl who now has a size 10 and a 12. Thankyou

GYMNASTICS RECREATIONAL COMPETITION 27TH JANUARY Parent’s please note: Entry fee cash on the door: Adults £3 Children/OAPS £1 Programme is on the notice boards... • Alive Lynnsport doors open 8am • Gymnasts must be changed before they come into the gym • Long hair tied up • All jewellery removed & bare feet • If girls have leotards they must be worn with no shorts • If gymnasts don’t have leotards then T-shirts & shorts/dark leggings must be worn • Gymnasts must sit on gym floor ready to be put into their groups • Coaches are responsible for your children for the duration of the competition. • Parents are responsible for taking their children to the toilet. • Drink: Gymnasts are allowed to carry a bottle of water only. Allocated volunteers/helpers on the day. • Lynnsport centre doesn’t open until 8am. Please arrive by 7.45/am at the front doors, you will be let in by the staff. (NOT THE BACK DOOR) if you can try to get here in a group so the staff are not constantly opening the doors. • Coaches meeting at 7.50am to go through order for the day
