This Fathers Day treat Dad to a 3 course lunch in the Garden Brasserie.

We got married at the Knights Hill on Saturday 14th April, we had the most perfect day! The hotel staff were all lovely, so helpful. The food was amazing and all of the guests were blown away with it. The whole day was run smoothly from start to finish, best day of our lives and we couldn’t have wanted anything else! Thankyou!! �

Lovely spa afternoon with afternoon tea for my mother in laws birthday - the ladies at the garden bistro couldn’t have done more to make it a very enjoyable experience - thank you

Had an over night stay in the superior garden room and it was breathtaking, very clean ,big , I could actually live in it,with spectacular views and also able to watch the birds �,spa was spot on,fab service, fab facial,fantastic massage,food was fab to,yes prices can be quite steep but so worth it,I certainly will be coming back x

Given robes, towels slippers on arrival. Staff greeted us in reception. Shower all spa rooms etc. The most amazing hot stone massage I’ve ever had (had a few). Facial amazing... staff were lovely. Afternoon tea was lovely.... will definitely return again. And I’m fuss pot.. worth a vist

Fabulous service form the whole team at Knights today. After a lovely morning in the sauna a group of 7 ladies on a hen party walked in to the Restarant requesting afternoon tea for 7. Outstanding service that was second to none, organised at the drop of a hat and the Captains room set up for us. Prepared a absolutely superb afternoon tea that was fresh and very tasteful. We would all visit again without fail. Thank you very much. Xx

Absolutely amazing, so beautiful inside and out. Most relaxed I have ever been. Pool, gym ( every thing I needed and more) facilities and room absolutely out of this world. Aromatherapy bath was just so relaxing and beautiful setting and hot stone massage well lost for words amazing.. thank you hope to be back very soon.

A very nice hotel, nice services, very nice people! In the restaurant, Victoria ensured all the time that I have all what I need, she checked if all is alright with food every time. Such a nice person like Victoria, taking care of the clients, I didn't meet in other restaurants. Victoria is an amazing person!

Stayed here for a relaxing break with my other half . Hotel was lovely the room was big with a nice bed and a lovely view onto the beautiful garden and everything else you'll need is in the room also . Spa was relaxing and refreshing , very much enjoyed it. all the staff were very helpful and being are first time we were impressed. The only downfall was the pub meal we had wasn't it's best so we were disappointed, wishing we went into the hotel restaurant now. Breakfast was lovely had everything you could ask for. Thank you

I stay here a lot because my works head office is in Kings Lynn. The staff are great.. the food is very nice and consistent... the rooms are comfortable and spacious but I like the courtyard rooms better..

Hotel afternoon tea and Tiffany was amazing, spa treatment was great but reception staff at the spa were useless!!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was good in terms of decor and the amenities provided. I had a steak � at the Garden Bar Restaurant which was just about ok (average). Overall 4*

You get a warm welcome the rooms are very nice and spacious, the dinner was really great, unfortunately we booked adjoining rooms (if possible) and had a room between us which is just bad organisation especially sad for us as it's an elderly mother with three daughters who get together few and far between, we thought we'd booked a spa package but check your details as we hadn't booked the correct spa package so simply no robes & slippers, the little details make a place, and sadly it's a tad dated and grubby in areas �we still had a nice time so if you have booked you'll be ok � x

Not impressed with the spar side of it.. hotel staff very friendly and helpful.. rooms lovely clean and warm.. continental breakfast I have seen better.. English breakfast very good.. the spar side need to improve .. no information given.. we were not offered robes although having 2 treatments.. given no information after treatments as to a relaxing room.. foot spar.. etc.. found these ourselves.. staff in spar area very negative .. they need customer service training

Lovely room and the dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The service however was somewhat lacking in that we were not offered a drink until we had ordered food. We chose a bottle of white wine which did not arrive until after the starters had been eaten. The wine was room temperature and had bits of cork floating in it. We sent it back and asked what cold white wine they had. Out of their whole list only 3 choices were available on the hottest day of the year! my husband ordered the lamb, rare. We were told it could only be cooked medium! She went to check and confirmed the chef was happy to serve it rare. The food itself was fantastic, just a shame we only drank water with it!

The shower I could not turn off, it went from hot to cold with in seconds,if you had kids I think would be dangerous the fan in the bathroom made a awful sound , beds good, breakfast good . Really over priced @ £140 per night I think you need to re think your pricing and look at at up dating the decor

Just spent a lovely relaxing afternoon in the library, enjoying and afternoon cream tea with my parents after enduring a very stressful few days due to health complications, we have felt throughly spoilt today by the staff, the tea was so delicious, would definitely go back again and very reasonably priced, thank you to the staff at Knights Hill Hotel and Spa xx

Spend the afternoon at the spa, we couldn’t relax it was freezing the jacuzzi was luke warm and if you pressed for the bubbles it blew cold water into the jacuzzi. The warmest place was the sauna and out of 10 people in it they all said the place was freezing. The poolside was freezing and throughout the building it was cold! A couple of rooms had a small heater on but it’s not an experience you want to have when your trying to relax and spent more time shivering especially when you pay a lot of money for a few hours usage
