Finally finished my temperature blanket for 2018 all 365 rows of it! Each row shows the 1pm temperature in Leicester for that day and I've worked in the letters of each month across the 30 or how ever many days in that month ...I used Sublime Baby Cashmere silk DK..a treat to work with... did anyone else finish theirs? Wonderful space and a brilliant selection of yarns and kit. I came home very happy yesterday with a bagful of gossypium cotton by Erika Knight. A dream to knit.

Popped in yesterday as my yarn shop had recently closed and I needed a fix of yarn! Not disappointed at all ! Great service !

First visit to Knit One, very friendly and helpful. I left with a crochet kit but could hàve bought so much, will definitely visit next time in Leicester.

As a beginner to crochet, I've found the staff to be brilliant. I bought yarn from the queens road shop and then paid a non shopping visit to the new shop, where I spoke to the lady who had helped me choose the colours for a ripple blanket. I showed her a photo and she told me that is was very impressive and even zoomed in on it to look at the stitching. It made me so happy. That's how a shop should make you feel. Fantastic customer service!
