Just a reminder that this Thursday is our Little Warriors graduation evening where our Warriors will be awarded their Super Strikes badge, full warrior red belt or next rank tag, and certificate. Any Warriors that are unable to attend will receive this the next time they're in class.

Classes for all the family from 4yrs+ including specially designed Little Warriors programme for 4-6yr olds where children learn more than just kicking and punching they learn life skills including stranger danger, fire safety, first aid and much more

Times (Thursdays): LITTLE WARRIORS (4-6 years): 4.45-5.30pm JUNIORS (7-15 years): 5.40-6.40pm ADULTS (16+ years): 8.15-9.45pm
Prices: £35 per month - single membership £55 per month - two family members £60 per month - three family members
Our fun filled classes will teach your child how to protect themselves from life's dangers and will develop their strength, confidence, concentration, co-ordination, discipline & self-control
