Gorgeous baby girls born to mums from both Ringwood pregnancy yoga classes, the Charminster class, the Christchurch class and a mum who attended a birth preparation workshop. Thank you so much, Jess has loved attending yoga and we have both taken soo much from your classes. You haven't just been teaching but have given support in what is an amazing but also trying pregnancy!

User

Such good relaxation, stretching and birth preparation- would highly recommend. Thank you so much Rosa! X

User

Since attending Rosa's pregnancy yoga class I have advised all my pregnant friends to do the same. Such a lovely way to relax and meet new friends. Sharing pregnancy wows and worries at the beginning of the class made it easier to cope with the imminent life change! I still meet up with 'the yoga girls' and our 10 month old babies now.

User

Rosa is fantastic and helped me every step of the way throughout my pregnancy. The breathing exercises helped me through labouring at home until I needed to go into hospital to deliver my baby girl. I was able to deal with the contractions until I was fully dilated without the need for any pain relief. I'm so glad I was able to attend Rosa's classes and I am so thankful for her help and advice.

User

Myself and my partner attended the pain coping & breathing birth preparation workshop today as we're due in a week and we both absolutely loved it. We learnt a lot and discovered some amazing techniques and tips that really work for us and have made us feel much more confident and prepared for the event. I can't thank Rosa enough, she was incredibly calming, helpful and really made us look at labour in a more positive way (which I didn't think was possible!). Regret not getting on this sooner and doing all of the workshops, but will 100% be back for postnatal yoga classes and for any future babies as the information was invaluable. Highly, highly recommend.

Last week I was so lucky to receive a Mizan Therapy treatment from Rosa. She is a very gentle practitioner who takes her time to make you feel at ease. Mizan Therapy helped me for digestive issues in the most amazing way. Thank you Rosa! 🙏🏻💗🙏🏻

If you're thinking of pregnancy yoga with Rosa, DO IT! It was probably the best decision I made in pregnancy.

I recently gave birth to my second child and had a wonderful birth experience, all thanks to the techniques from the yoga classes.

I always wanted to experience as natural a birth as possible, my first experience I didn't cope well with the contractions and ended up having drugs, epidural and forcep delivery. This time round I did it with just gas and air , and the breathing techniques I had been taught in class.

It was a lovely birth, one I had desperately wanted to have and I am very grateful to Rosa for helping me achieve that.

In the class I learned to control my breathing, find what positions would help me personally and to really focus on that goal of giving birth without the need for drugs.

I really enjoyed each class, met some other lovely mums and was able to relax listening to Rosa's very soothing voice.

I would highly recommend any mum to be to attend pregnancy yoga, whether it be your first, second or third baby.

Every birth is different, but you will learn so much which will be such a help in labour. I am SO glad I did it. Thank you so much Rosa for your support and for helping me achieve exactly what I wanted to do.

User

I was delighted with a very warm Mizan massage last week, I’d recommend this therapy to everybody but specially if you are pregnant or have any pelvic or abdominal issues. I can still feel the flow of energy and connection with my growing baby. Highly recommend 🙂

User

I thought starting yoga at 36 weeks pregnant would be 'too late' or 'not worth it' but Rosa has made every session really special. The sessions are calm, friendly and really practical too. I'm sure I will use these useful breathing and stretching techniques when the big day arrives. I intend to carry on with some post natal yoga too. Thank you!!

User

I honestly feel that the techniques and guidance given by Rosa in her classes made my labour an easier experience. I have recommended her to friends and family since. Now about to have my second baby I go to her class whenever I can to refresh the techniques I learnt, and a little bit of 'me time' is bliss. Thank you Rosa X

User

I have been going to Rosa's class since 14 weeks of my pregnancy. It's so relaxing, and along with the antenatal classes that she runs, I feel completely prepared for the upcoming birth of my baby.

I would recommend these classes to all pregnant ladies, such a great way to treat yourself.

User

I have been attending Rosa's Tuesday Morning Pregnancy yoga class for a couple of months now and I absolutely love them. Rosa's voice is so calming and meditative that you feel totally relaxed as soon as the class begins. Each week I come away feeling like I have had just over an hour in my own little yoga / relaxation oasis. The Classes are geared towards 2nd / 3rd trimester, with gentle yoga postures and joint mobilization, usually with labour preparation, breathing exercises, visualizations and some pelvic floor work. The Visualizations I find particularly helpful as they help you to tune into your body and prepare you for labour. Rosa always has some useful information to share with the group with regards to pregnancy ailments etc. I would thoroughly recommend her classes.

User

I couldn’t recommend Rosa enough, she’s been around me through 3/4 pregnancy’s. She has a lot of knowledge, also a lovely lady. Thank you so much for everything xx

User

I attended yoga with Rosa from about 30weeks of my pregnancy until the birth of my son at 41weeks. The classes were so informative and helpful, especially with particular moves to relieves aches and pains and how to get baby into optimum position. The breathing exercises were also helpful when experiencing contractions in labour.

It was also great fun to meet other pregnant women and share experiences. Would highly recommend!

User

I attended Rosa's yoga class through most of my pregnancy, and right up until week 38. The class is a fantastic way to get some exercise and have some relaxation time. Rosa also encourages you to imagine your baby inside you, which is a lovely way to start bonding with it. Rosa is also very good at adjusting exercises to allow for anyone's individual aches or pains, so no need to be put off if you think you might not be able to do everything.

User

I attended Rosa's pregnancy yoga class from 16 weeks right up until my due date and looked forward to the class every week - it was so relaxing and definitely helped prepare my mind and body for the big day! I now go to Rosa's post natal classes too with my little boy and we both thoroughly enjoy it. Thanks!

User

I attended Rosa pregnancy yoga classes from about 20 weeks. It gave me time each week to focus on my pregnancy and growing baby. I would always leave feeling very relaxed and stretched out any aches and pain.

Although my birth didn't quite go the way I wanted I used everything Rosa had taught us which helped at every stage. From doing yoga/ positions to help induction to doing relaxation breathing to help pain/ prior to c-section.

I would highly recommend anyone who is pregnant to attend Rosa's classes.

User

Each week during pregnancy Rosa's classes helped me switch off from work and the outside world and focus on my baby. I found the classes complemented a HypnoBirthing course I also attended and I was able to have a calm water birth with no intervention or pain medication. Yoga breathing and positions really helped throughout labour, as well as in the weeks before he arrived to move him into the optimal position for labour. Thank you Rosa!

User

After using the pregnancy yoga for three pregnancies, it is by far one of the best things about pregnancies. Classes make you feel relaxed and like you have much more space in your body afterwards. I always got the best sleep after the evening class too. I would highly recommend this to any mum-to-be. Also a lovely place to meet other expectant mums and share stories.

Thank you Rosa! Will miss the class immensely!
