Lagoon Watersports are looking for an friendly, enthusiastic person to work in our office.
We have full time and part time positions available for the full 2019 season (April - September)
The role involves advising customers and taking bookings by phone, emails and in person. The ideal candidate will have some previous watersports experience, be an excellent communicator with good basic IT skills.

Lagoon Watersports are looking for RYA Sailing or Windsurfing Instructors for the 2019 season.
We have full time and part time positions available for the full season (April - October) or peak season.
We have positions available both Senior RYA instructors to be trained as Duty Managers and RYA instructors to primarily run courses on water.
... For the right candidate we will offer free training to become a Standup paddleboard Instructor, keel boat instructor conversion and Wakeboard cable instructor/ driver .

IMPORTANT Lagoon Water Update - Extra ride sessions added today book now while you can. We are loosing the battle to keep the Lagoon full enough to wakeboard.
Therefore we have no option but to make our last wakeboarding session for the time being on Sunday.
Membership extension and price freeze... We will extend all wakeboard and Pro memberships by 2 weeks to try and make up for this. e.g If you renewal date is April 1st 2019 it will now be April 15th.

Meet The Carrs - A Watersports Family...

Great result for our SUP Team at the British SUP Club Championships. We had some wins including Helen, Robin and Lucas in there respective catagories. Peter came 4th and and special mention to Alan and Rebecca who got involved in the team events. Great day, great fun.

Thoroughly enjoyed the beginners' SUP course. Very surprised by how much we learned in two hours! Was barely expecting to be able to stand on the board but we did turning and moving up and down the board - though most of us fell in at some point! Great fun would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my SUP taster lesson and have been back since to just hire a paddleboard with a mate. Great place!

Loved my first wakeboarding lesson, place is well equipped, nice staff, and amazed what I was able to do by the end of just a single session, will be back for more

It's been a while since I've used it but when I was down in Brighton it was a brilliant place. Friendly staff, great kit and everyone willing to help each other out. In fact, it was probably the thing I liked most about the Brighton and Hove area!! Keep it up.

Isla had so much fun - she's already counting down the days until next summer to do another Kid's Activities week and is desperate to practice her wakeboarding skills.

Had my first wakeboard session with Nick this week. Great instruction and good fun! Will be back.....

Fantastic, much enjoyed a lot on last Saturday, first time to use SUP (paddle-board) one to one with a trainer (Sian) she’s so good teaching & can sign language to me which I’m deaf, (thank you Sian) I would definitely go back there again for more lessons, the people there are so FRIENDLY!!

Currently halfway through my 4 week SUP fitness course and I am absolutely loving it. Excellent instructors & a great location. Can't wait for next week.

Brilliant weeks multisport workshop! Perfect end to the summer holiday, our daughter Lucy, learnt so much in this time and fell in love with water sports! Worth every penny & just what teenagers need! Thank you to all the great tutors ....she'll be back!

A big thank you: First Class sailing instruction from Ash. My daughter has spoken about her sailing experience all day today at home and school. Fun, inspirational, and a great place to spend as a family. Highly recommend.

Very friendly, helpful, good coaching and good value, water's shallow and not to nippy, just bring a drink to wash the salt water taste from your nose and sinuses :)

You can't hire anything (e.g. SUP) on the beach unless a member contrary to the website. We didn't travel a long way, but watch that gotcha if you are.

I think it could be amazing, it was once. Now in the summer it smells of drains and the water is disgustingly filthy. As if that’s not bad enough there is the truly hideous pirate encampments complete with fake plants and plastic flamingos which seem to be growing by the minute. These do not belong in Hove, they are tacky...tacky...tacky. I shan’t be taking my visitors there that’s for sure...such a shame.

I tried to book a group of 4, was told it was £26.50 pp for 1 hour and £45 pp for 2 hours which was fine. When it came to actually booking they refused to let me book at that price saying there was a minimum charge even though it was not stated on the price section nore by the first gentleman I spoke to when I told him how many it was for. The lady said she would ask and call me straight back. That was a week ago and not heard anything. Was also told if they had to cancel for my hen party I couldn't have a refund even though I couldn't change the date if my hen party.
