was really impressed with this place. cocktails were fab!! especially the porn star martini's!!! food was really nice. only thing I would have a little moan about was how long we waited for our drinks and it wasn't massively busy. but nothing that would stop me from coming back. club bit upstairs was good too and dj was really good. BUT... 90% of the people up there were under 25 which made us feel pretty old lol. ��

Had lunch meal with my bestie today at Lakeside Las Iguanas - really cool this new menu ! Amazing ceviche from the tapas - if you fan you must try it ! And the nachos as usual - the best in UK. Thx for the polite service and tasty meal guys ! C u soon xxx

After having to go Gluten free for medical reasons I thought it would be hard to eat out. But I was wrong. I cannot thank the staff enough for their assistance. And a menu dedicated to gluten free!

Waiter was great, food was nice, atmosphere good.

Great place to hang out with friends.

If you don't like loud music, best to avoid the Bar nights.

I like this place but only gave it 4 stars because our first round of drinks really didn't taste nice.

I had the drink that I always have and the faste was completely wrong, perhaps the Bartender left out one of the ingredients? We didn't bother complaining.

This was made even more obvious when Our second round tasted much nicer. Even my friends who didn't find their 1st drink bad realise how much nicer the second glass tasted.

Still... we will be going back :)

Love their food there. Also love the Vodka Soda too. They made it just how I like it !!

It was nice to sit down after shopping for 4 hours. Lovely food but it was freezing in there! They said they had heating problem & was due for repair next week after we mentioned it was chilly. Had to have a cappuccino after to warm ourselves up. Pity it wasnt hot! Very luke warm coffee! Didnt mention it though. Hopefully if we come again it will have that south American temperature in there!

The sea bass with muscle and rice and onions, where do I begin, onions is definitely a no with fish, muscles were not at all fresh and the slimy juice in the rice was also so watery, as for the 2 for 1 alcoholic margarita it was just all crushed ice which just watered the alcohol down..

The food was okay as a lunchtime menu . Two cocktails for the price of one so chose the non alcoholic ones which were good value. Only problem is it was absolutely freezing in there so ate our food and then left. Apparently ongoing issues with the heating reading the other reviews.

Had a leaving do about 20 people waiter was great very patient with taking order and very polite young man with glasses.The other staff who helped serve our food were good . Food tasty. Drinks alcohol a bit dear one spritzer £8 .but cocktails non alcoholic 2 for 1.the only thing which lets the place down is the upstairs .people standing with large jugs of drink and spilling it on the dance floor.couldnt walk let alone dance got stuck to the floor. So for a nice meal it's great.

Good food and wine but the service was a little slow. We were 15 minutes into our main courses before the drinks finally arrived.

Surroundings was clean and good decor ,got served fast good polite fast service . I had chicken fijjters it was hot but the chicken didn't taste right ,not bad or anything was funny shape so I think I was thighs rather than breast not as nice considering it was £16.00

I don't like thighs only in a casserole.

I ate it as I was very hungry but I usually have these in the Treacle Mine for half the price and they are lovely .

Plus the toilets are up two steep open flights of stairs , even baby changing was up there , if they had disabled toilets they were not visibly signed I prefer the Treacle Mine or Henry s and it's cheaper too . Wouldn't go back

Wow! What an experience - our first meal out in a long time and we chose YOU! What a mistake.

Should have followed my heart and left after so called starters, but thought id give you the benefit of the doubt.

we arrived around 8ish pm, to be greeted by a rather miserable teenger who said yeah when we asked for a table outside to enjoy the glorious evening sun down weather, took around 15mins to even order a drink .. so along came 'bridget' (name on receipt as no name badge on) ''what would you like?'' So i replied ... what drinks? Starters? All? She said ''anything'', A little lost we ordered our drinks, 'eat while you choose' bread board and 2 main meals.

In the meantime of waiting for our food ... we heard 2 other tables complaining (wont go into detail because I hope they complain too - but table 1 had no knifes and bridget said there arnt any knifes (manager came over 15mins later woth the mystery knifes! �) & table 2 had their main meals on their table before starters? Funny word 'starters' ..

Okay ... so here another girl comes with our nanchos ... (they were ok, good enough) ... but where is my ''eat while you choose'' bread board? Oh she replied .. we have had to go upstairs to get vinegar! (20mins to get vinegar apparently - must have had to make it from scratch?)

So bread comes after with a very sorry waitress who said the manager will take it off the bill (and rightly so!)

Meals come after a good further 30mins!!

I said to bridget about the place going down hill and how dissapointed i was! And so she agree's with me! (WOW - telling me the chefs are pricks (her words) and used the lovely professional F word further down the evening!

I went in to pay - begrudgingly! And made that clear and again, she agreed 'dont blame you for not wanting to' but I am not that type of person, so went the pay the rather high price of a very bad experience. £67, then noticed the bread still on our bill! And luckily I had a lakeside card that gave me money off.

I am so dissapointed, not a sorry in sight.

What a dreadful experience. It took 35 mins to get served a drink and they didn’t have what we wanted. We ended up with our 3rd choice. Toilets are disgraceful. I had to clean my own table as staff too busy to bother. They have a great concept but fail to deliver. Avoid avoid avoid!

The Havana Club Sandwich was sadly lacking. Menus said belly pork, pulled pork, ham and cheese with mustard apple sauce. Sadly lacking any remnant of pulled pork whatsoever very thin slices of ham and pork belly! Egg cup size coleslaw and Barely warm chips. Not impressed and was expensive for what it was. We won't bother returning.

Not impressed, served cremated sweet plantain �

Not allowed in as my daughter is 15! Will never eat there again.

Had a table for 8 ....arrived early was told our table was over there (pointed at the table ) waited so long to order drinks even when they arrived the cocktail was wrong one and then was told oh we don't have that one so have this one !!!!!

Gave up then it was time to order .... well gave up had to call the man who I noted NOT in uniform finally took our order ..... atleast 45mins later we see our meals on the servery waiting for SOMEONE to deliver to our table .......finally again called over that man.... !!!!!

Very dissapointed in service ....

WILL not be coming back :(
