I think we will rename this week as mortgage review week!
We have lots of our clients reviewing their mortgage options with us this week which is great. One of our clients current mortgage deal ends at the end of September but he wants to be well prepared to avoid moving onto his lender’s standard variable rate, which is often higher.
Remember, some lenders will allow you to secure a new mortgage deal 6 months before your existing mortgage deal comes to an end.
