Just a small note to say that we are off on our family holiday on the 9th to 19th August.
Hopefully everyone who has booked during this time will have their drivers contact details , if I have missed anyone please give me a nudge.
We will attempt to access our Facebook messages and emails as and when we can but have been told that the WiFi isn’t great where we are going so please bear with us .
... I think you will all agree that Darrell has earned his holiday this year and we will be back recharged and ready to go again from the 20th August.

Yesterday 6 of us went to Newmarket races. Darrell was very prompt, arriving 10 minutes before and he was more than happy to wait until we were ready. The taxi was very clean and spacious. We had an enjoyable trip down there and as soon as Darrell got to Newmarket to pick us up, he rang and again was happy to wait until we walked out.



All 6 of us would highly recommend and will be using Lavender cabs again in the future!

We usually drive & leave the car at the airport but not doing that again after the fantastic service. Lorraine took us to Gatwick very very early on 27/12. We were still sleepy but she was bright, cheery & friendly so the journey didn’t seem so bad. Darrel picked us up again 2 weeks later. Prompt & professional meeting us in the arrivals terminal. Would definitely recommend you & will certainly use you again.

We used Lavender Cabs to take our group of eight to and from the airport. Fantastic size car, and more than enough space for all our luggage. A first class service from start to end with confirmation texts, clear pick up and collection points, and an extremely friendly and helpful professional driver. We used Lavender Cabs to and from Luton airport a week ago. The cab was clean and tidy with car seats suitable for our childrens ages. We got a text the day before pick up to confirm collection times etc. On return we got a text to say the cab was in the area awaiting our arrival and exactly where it was parked.

Darrell was friendly and helpful, he even helped us take our bags to our front door.

We used Lavender Cabs for an airport run to and from Luton. From start to finish Claire and Darrell were so helpful, professional, personable and reliable. We needed a baby seat and booster seat and this was no problem for them to organise, on pick up and drop off Darrell was in touch either by phone or text and Claire was always available to contact if we needed to. We will be keeping them on speed dial for all future bookings!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip but lavender cabs were very understanding and have been very helpful throughout I would highly recommend.

Outstanding service. Superb vehicle able to carry 8 passengers plus luggage. Arrived on time and Darrell courteously helped load our luggage before taking us to the Ibiza concert in the grounds of Knebworth House. He confirmed all arrangements. Dropped off and re-confirmed collection time and collection point - it was very busy. I felt safe and looked after and would definitely use again. Thank you.

My friends and I used Lavender Cabs for our girlie trip to Amsterdam. I would highly recommend them they were quick reasonable friendly and professional and made a great start and ending to our break away. Now booking for a works Xmas party

Lavender Cabs - I cannot recommend highly enough. Darell turned up exactly on time, 4.30am and when we were delayed in Nice, by an awful 3 hours, Darrell tracked our flight and was waiting for us just as he said he would, at an ridiculous time of almost 3am. Fabulous professional service with extremely competitive prices.

I booked taxi to heathrow in december Darrell was very helpful and calmed me as i was nervous about going to terminal 5 first time:) he arrived early and was very patient with me � Lorraine picked me up from heathrow � she was lovely too and great to have someone you can really talk to and have laugh with as made journey go faster � it was a pleasure to have used this company � i be using them all the time when i visit my kids in dubai as i get really anxious .i would definately recommend this company thank you both

Great service again! Very early hours pick up from Stevenage to Stansted airport. Darrell has always been prompt and great communication from him and his partner in crime �.

Even when we had a 4.5hr delay on our flight home - it was no trouble for him and he was there to greet us at Stanstead when we eventually arrived!

Lavender cabs supplied the correct car seat for our little boy too.

Fantastic service and excellent price. They picked 7 of us up from stansted airport on Tuesday afternoon. They were at the airport on time.. we had no hanging around. They communicated really well with me, letting me know they were on route and where to meet for pick up. Car was clean and comfortable and add plus had free WiFi (help keep some tired travel weary children happy on drive home). Darrell the driver was friendly and did all the heavy lifting of suitcases. I highly recommend them. Best price around too.
