The boats are ready and the sun is out. Why not come along and hire out one of the electric boats for an hour, or if you're feeling energetic try a pedalo or rowing boat. Open from 10:00 until 4:30. Pride of Lee has a one hour cruise at 2:00.

Tha day boats awaiting crews and the hourly boats cleaned and ready to be hired. The Pride of Lee will be waiting for passengers at 2:00pm for an hours cruise along the river.

All the small hire boats are being cleaned and prepped ready for a busy day here, weather is glorious yet again.

It's a lovely start to the bank holiday weekend, all the day boats have been booked and the small boats are being readied for action. Come along and enjoy a small boat hire or at 2:00 there will be a 1 hour trip on the passenger boat.

We used to hire a boat but we loved it so much we bought our own boat 🚣 and it's nice for walks

We hired a boat for the day in August and went to stansted abbots had lunch in a great pub and on our return grounded the long boat. The company came out and towed us back to base without any complaints to us. In fact they were incredibly understanding about the situation. I recommend them 100%. Thanks guys you know who we are.

We hired Mr Toad for the day and we had a lovely time. The staff are cheerful and friendly, the boat clean and with all the facilities needed. The location is good, with free parking and close to Broxbourne station if you don't want to drive. A complete success!

We had my sons 21st party and we had an amazing time.

Thoroughly lovely turkey and tinsel 3 hour cruise meandering along the river watching the lovely scenery going by on-board the Lady of Lee Valley. Fantastic 3 course Christmas meal with all the trimmings, followed by coffee and mints was served. Made to feel very welcome and was great to be able to order additional beverages from the on-board bar. Get booking quick before you miss out until next year!

This was a charming and serene trip along a stretch of the river Lee. H Alf way through the ride we were treated to a fish and chip supper. All through the staff were kind, helpful and very friendly.

Lovely peaceful hour on an electric boat. My wife and I took our 3 yr old daughter who had the best time feeding the ducks as we cruised along the river. Also took our 3 month old who was comfortable in her car seat. Lunch in a local pub after, highly recommended.

It's excellent for water activity, kayaking, boat and crazy river challenge! When you are completely exhausted, just sit down and enjoy a cuppa or even a delicious burger! :-)

I had a really enjoyable afternoon cream tea boat trip yesterday with my Dad on the Lady of Lee Valley. There is nothing not to recommend. It was perfect. Clean well laid out reserved table. Nice food and coffee. Lots to see. Pleasant background music and low level chatter gave the boat a nice relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The crew were very efficient and professional.

Had such a Brilliant family day out on the canal very friendly & helpful staff it had all you needed for your day you just need food & drink would definitely be going there again a must day out and we took the dogs on too �

Had a lovely hour, literally had the lake to ourselves as it was a Monday, it was peaceful, sunny and very calming, the houses that back on to the lake are stunning. Will buy some duck food next time. 👍🏼

Great boat ride, defiantly worth a trip here.

Booked a narrow boat online for the day. You have to leave a cash deposit in case anything gets lost/broken. Had everything on board we needed. We had a leisurely cruise to Stanstead Abbots. We then cooked yummy sausages and bacon. Then headed back. Instructions very clear. Kids enjoyed helping with the locks. A very enjoyable day out 😊

Best place. Nice staff. Good management. Also graceful picnic spot for family

Amazing place where you can rest in nature, lots of fun can find as it is huge place!

Absolutely brilliant , such good value for money & our fish & chips was tasty and the service was friendly & plesant .

A real friendly welcome, reasonable prices and a very enjoyable time on the river in one of their small electric boats with my daughters who all thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be back soon.

A lovely quiet and peaceful boat trip with a delicious cream tea included.

A great little place to come on a hot sunny day

a nice picturesque spot in the lea valley country park,good for walking alongside the river,and a good pub to visit,you can also hire pedalos,a small canal boat for parties up to about 8 people and there is also a large narrow boat that takes passengers for a short cruise.

Waiting time acceptable just lack of larger boats which meant I didn't get to go with my partner and kids but was a beautiful day the had a lovely time and I enjoyed the quite time

Staff were fantastic when a young child fell off boat shame said family were not as alert as staff

My kids really enjoyed this and it was very peaceful with gorgeous scenery . The only criticism was the steering on the 5 person boat. It was extremely difficult to set straight and my husband could not enjoy the ride as he was having to focus on the steering so that we didn't hit anybody....avoid boat 17 !!! But would definitely go again

Went yesterday qued for hour and half and was still about 20 people infront of us, they was not selling tickets till 2 clock as too busy yet there was about 6 boats down the end just sitting there cz they was big ones. Dont go when its a hot day 👍🏻We gave up in end and left x
