Went white water rafting with a group from RAF Alconbury today. Had a great time. Great workout. Marco was the best. Definitely good on a hot day.

Went last weekend as the start of a stag doo. All I can say is it was amazing. We flipped our boat twice and I came out on almost every run but I had so much fun! Thanks to our amazing instructors!

We went white water rafring on Sat 9th june and had THE BEST time!! Our coach Adam on raft 7 was fantastic and really settled my nerves. It was great fun and our entire group have all said we would do it again. My little girl got lost and was picked up before she had even realised and was back with her granparents within minutes. Our coach, me and her dad got off and made sure she was safe and then enjoyed the rest of our session. Very quick, professional and kind staff!

Really good day out rafting. Great instructor, Marco, was really nice, patient and helpful. Food and drinks were nice as well and has a terrace to sit out on. Lots of different activities going on as well besides the rafting. Felt completely safe and in good hands from the start, we’ll definitely return!

Myself and friends took our 6 kids to the centre today, they rode on the rapid inferno. They had a fantastic time and the instructors on the Rafts with them were brilliant , the interaction with the kids made it a really enjoyable for all of them...

I did river rafting on 9th june and had an awesome time. Our instructor Ian was very helpful and patient. Though I am not very confident swimmer but had a blast doing this. What an adrenaline rush. Thanks Ian for being an amazing coach and thanks Lee valley for a super experience.

Had the best experience at Lee Valley when we were White Water Rafting yesterday afternoon!! Our instructor Chris made it so much fun, entertaining, challenging and just brilliant!

We can’t wait to come back soon !!

Fantastic place, lots to see and do, and massive bonus its FREE parking! Lovely bar/cafe and terrace area �

Awesome White Water Rafting afternoon - our first time ever and our instructor, Rich, was fantastic - we all had a blast even if we did all fall out more than once.....in fact so did HE! But we won't mention that.....�

An amazing family day out White Water Rafting! Anton was an excellent guide, we always felt safe & secure! Great fun & highly recommended. Team Ginkers! �

Amazing experience, brilliant facilities and great staff workers. would recommend it to anyone! What a buzz ! ���

Well the cafe’s a bit rubbish but the rafting was excellent. Marco was a fantastic instructor and really put us at ease, making it all seem so simple. I went with one friend and soon bonded with the other random strangers on our raft. Thanks MARCO, I would definitely come again and hope to have you as my instructor!

We visited Santa Claus yesterday and he was really great! He chatted so nicely to the children and the gift that he gave them was really good for the cost of the tickets. The elves were very nice and super helpful as well. I'd happily take my children again.

The Centre is Amazing !! We've visited must be 10 times now because we're local and I like live bands bit of food and a nice drink .....BUT we've been hoping that it would be a better experience each time we've visited....Im Sad to say it hasn't been.

To queue for 10 minutes at the T bar to get a Spirit then to be told at the bar that you have to queue inside for them ! So ok I'll get the beers here and you go and wait Another 10minutes to be served your spirits inside !! Really ??

Website menu shows quite a nice variety of food.. BUT come Friday nite you've not got anything like the stated menu !! Our party of 8 planned a nice meal between ourselves exchanging on txts through the week what we all fancied from YOUR menu like Mac n cheese and haddock fish cakes ... Butternut squash..Malaysian curry etc... what we had was burger chips , wraps , falafal ..So very disappointed !!

Look at your Menu on your website it's not rocket science !!

No 1 walks along the bar queue asking if you want spirits or beers ?? And let's face it You have enough staff standing about appearing to do not a lot !! ??

Looking at your reviews it seems the people involved in the White Water Experience activities are doin you a Good Justice ����

But please for everyone's sake get Mary Porters on bourd to sort your evening Bar/food/staff training out !! You really have a great product there C'Mon I want to be proud to bring freinds here �

This started well, today we queued for 5 mins or more at the entrance to pay £2 to park the car for four of us to go and spend an average of £10 each for lunch.............The outside BBQ last year was a joke the woman running it does not have a clue...........I had hoped that was teething problems and would be improved this year..........nope! To recap 4 of us went for lunch (work lunchtime) total cost for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 jerk chicken burgers. 1 x chips, 4 soft drinks + £2 PARKING (for the privilege of buying lunch and experiencing abominable service....) was approx £45..................don't think this will be a recurring experience........... :S Such a shame that you are exploiting this now, it is (was) a great addition to Waltham Abbey but is now frankly a rip off..........

Visited the refurbished cafe on Sunday. It was very busy and could only get two seats at the bar. There were more tables and chairs before the refurbishment! Sadly the food was better before too. We had apparently the last jacket potato and a portion of macaroni cheese, both of which were only Luke warm the tea was £1.60 per cup, even though a sign on the wall at the bar said it was £1.50! Very disappointed as we have had lunch at the cafe many times before and was expecting it to be even better. Poor planning of the area.
