The fact that I make a 400 mile round trip from Edinburgh to have both My ISF and my partners CT200h serviced at Lexus Stoke should show how exceptional they are - amazing team, great atmosphere, and of course brilliant cars!!

Still getting over the excitement of collecting our new NX yesterday. What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Jean-Luc was extremely helpful & knowledgeable as were the rest of the staff there. I would not hesitate to recommend or buy again. Thank you for all the coffees & the flowers. I still haven't got the hang of all the technology so no doubt I'll be seeing you soon for a refresher course.

I travelled all the way from Birmingham to this dealership in Stoke-on-Trent because the customer service is second to none and the help they provided me when Lexus Fort Birmingham was a complete waste of time I just like to say Carl the service manager was very helpful and sorted a problem on my vehicle which could not be done by lexus Fort Birmingham.

I took my car for its MOT here today and couldn't be happier! I was treated like a queen throughout the whole process. Customer service is outstanding and the staff can't do enough for you! At £29.95 for MOT, visual inspection report and superb service (and my car isn't even a Lexus!) I certainly know where I will be returning next year! Thank you very much! Em Stanway.

I have an RCF,NX,SC and a CT. I always get a great welcome and first class service. My 11 year old SC was in for a Valet earlier this week and it’s come home looking as new and shiny as my RCF.Thank you to the team.
