We had the ultimate burger with a drink deal meal was lovely you got alot too.

Service was quick didn't have to wait long

Would definitely recommend & go again.

On the down side seat were mucky, could have been a bit cleaner

Good x coffee cheap refill for £1.10

Went in after work for a "brunch". Was told no eggs so opted for the mixed grill. The food was served quickly and I really enjoyed it washed down with a couple of kopperberg pear coders (2 for £5) �

Was impressed with food and the short time from ordering to serving lovely meal Intact one of the most enjoyed pub meal in a long time Will definatel y go back .We both enjoyed it.

Was very quiet for a Sunday afternoon, a distinct lack of atmosphere especially for a Wetherspoons. Meal was ok, you get what you pay for, cheap and cheerful never expect too much. My hubby found a date sticker on his steak, the young lad was very apologetic and offered us a free drink and sweet,which was very nice. We do like Wetherspoons and anyone that knows us, knows that these are our football drinking pubs. Should be busier, and a pity really, as usually quite buzzing.

Nothing special inside, only called 8n for a drink, the staff were great very helpfull and friendly. Didn't care much for the clientele.

Food was as you expect from a Wetherspoons but I got to the bar and stood for about 5 minutes while the staff chatted to others at the other end of the bar. A couple walked in behind me and shouted to the staff by name and ordered 2 pints which the staff Duly poured chatting away to them.

I’m sorry, was I stood there for my health???? And the gents were filthy I nearly puked. Won’t be going back

Came in for a cup of coffee and a bacon roll, roll was OK went to get my second coffee as we had free refills to find a group of women blatantly using the hot water option to clean cups, I dontt know if they were sharing or using ones found at thier table but they took an age and staff just walked past them too as the queue built up

Yet again, 10 heads for real ale with 2 out of commission (CAMRA clips on the handles). Of the remaining 8 heads, 6 were 4.9% ABV or more, 1 @ 4% & 1 @ 3.6%. Immediately, the Doom Bar ran out leaving just Green King IPA as a session beer. When will you get your mix of beers better organised?

My friend and I visited last night, we both ordered the half chicken. After eating the chicken leg my friend noticed that the rest of the chicken was cold, so was mine. We took it back to the bar and the young woman was very apologetic, she asked if we wanted anything else as they had sold out of the half chicken. We had the chicken strips which were ok but I didn't really enjoy, all food should be checked before it leaves the kitchen. Very disappointed.

After waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a breakfast and eggs royale , it came and was stone cold. Staff took it back and after waiting another half an hr they bought it out just as I was asking for a refund to find it had just been warmed up in a microwave so everything was dried up and still cold. Will not be eating here again. Staff lovely food awful

Wouldn’t come here if you want hot food! We ordered a breakfast came out cold. Been in the microwave twice. If I wanted a microwave breakfast I would have gone elsewhere! Manager wouldn’t even speak to us took twice for her to be asked to speak to us! Won’t be back here again!!

Went in for curry club on 3 August and it wasn't busy. Ordered food at 6.18 told no naan bread. Had to check on food after 7.00pm which didn't arrive until 7.12pm. Child meal came on a plate that was red hot. Pretty poor experience all in all.

Staff more Interested in playing with menus than serving customers. Then when return later after not being served and decided to leave, the 3 of us are in the wrong because the manager lady "stood and watched us at the bar" her own words while she was on front of house. So I take it she wasn't that busy then to either serve or deligate as she was stood watching,. But they did have 5 members of staff on to serve. Completely useless management structure. Avoid this place.

So today we walked in to weatherspoons at half past 11 upon arrival everything looked quite nice admittinly some plates about but you expect that it’s bank holiday Monday so I go on to order breakfast We waited about 20 minuets for some food to come to our table to then be told it’s not ours it’s someone next to us fair enough mistake taken it happens another 20 minuets goes by this time it’s ten past 12 for us to finally get our meals for them to be stone cold I’d had an eggs benadict for the eggs to be hard my other half a full English and all of it to be cold the only thing hot on both our meals was the plates so I go to the bar and tell the lady who’s working our meals are cold so she comes to our table to take the food away asking what I wanted to happen well a refund After waiting 40 minuets for cold food! She then sends the manager back with the money owed and all he says is sorry about that and puts the money in my partners hand didn’t come over first to ask what the problem was first before giving us a refund or even trying to offer other food ect having worked for weatherspoons myself I know that this is disgusting service and that you should do anything to avoid a refund absolutely crap and we will not be back happy bank holiday

Me and my wife visited the Liquorice Gardens for the first time in a few month, we both ordered the fish and chips with 2 sides of bread & butter and one side of 6 onion rings at a cost of nearly £17.00 with out drinks as ordered them a few mins before. the order came out with one side of B&B and 5 onion rings? and fish was cooked like a boat shape and was off and hard to cut, no sides were on the plate just a small crap fish and chips and a few garden peas. when i asked the lady who came over to see us, where was the rest of our order she said i'm new and you didn't order them? WON'T be going again soon!!!!!!!!!!!!

The supervisor attitude stinks she walked away while I was still speaking.



We even helped her to add up difference in price

She shouldn't be in a management position with her attitude.�

Don't order a cocktail that is £2.65 then double up for a £1 extra charged me yesterday £12.60 for two of them. Got £5.30 back but bar man tried too make out it was my fault and I asked for a treble. U can't put trebles in glasses anymore. Won't be going again. They want to learn theire staff properly.
