We have had all sorts bought from here but I hadn't been in myself until yesterday, went in for some wellies for my nephew and came out with a few gorgeous outfits and pjs for my baby girl as well. Utterly painless school shoe shopping. I knew which shoes we wanted, telephoned to check that they were in stock in the correct size. Popped over and picked them up and back home in no time at all. Can’t say thank you enough for making it a super easy and quick experience.

Most painless school shoe shopping trip ever! Two pairs of school shoes fitted and bought within 10 minutes flat. No tears, negotiating or drama. Complete result. 😊

I came across Little Munckins in Otley by chance I ordered a personlised vest for my daughters 1st birthday. I absolutely love it and can't wait for her to wear it. The clothes are unique and super cute. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. I am looking forward to returning there when the christmas stock arrives.

Finally got round to popping into this fab little shop today - so pleased I did. Gorgeous clothes and shoes all at great prices and customer service with a smile and a chat from the lovely Courtney. We will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service! We've bought a few pairs of shoes from here and sadly had a problem with a zip on 1 pair, Courtney was great, took them back in and had them fixed and back to us really quickly. Love the selection of shoes, the fitting is great and we'll definitely keep coming back!

Can’t believe I’ve never been in this shop! Amazing service, the lady (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) knew exactly how to measure kids feet, and had a huge knowledge of all the brands stocked. Such a good variety of all the great kids brands, have come away with 3 pairs of shoes, all absolutely fab! Will definitely be returning!

Came here today with my 5 year old grandson for first time ever to get him some new shoes service was excellent and she was so good with him will definitely be calling again when he needs more new shoes

Bought a gorgeous coat, pj's, shoes and various other outfits on Saturday, all absolutely gorgeous and very fairly priced, staff were really friendly and helpful, lovely little shop! I can't wait to come again for all my xmas presents! �

Bought 3 pairs of shoes for my daughter for our holidays around a month ago, 2 pairs of toms and a pair of sandals. During the first night of the holiday the flower on one of the sandals had fallen off and the sandals had hardly been warn. The lady in the shop said we would be able to exchange them for another pair. Excellent customer service and very friendly when first coming into the shop. Would recommend �

I had a very quick response to my messages and the top was ordered and ready to collect in time for trick and treating - the shop even stayed open a few extra minutes so I could get there after work. Thank you!!

Amazing customer service and fab range of shoes!! My daughter has complex special needs and struggles with sensory issues so finding shoes, especially getting them fitted and trying on is beyond a nightmare and leads to spectacular meltdowns at times. But the lovely lady who helped us spent well over an hour trying to help make the process a lot easier and was beyond patient with us and really helped in every way possible. Unlike other shoe shops where we have often been made to feel uncomfortable, this was the polar opposite, and I can't thank you enough for that. We left with a lovely new pair of fitted shoes, plus a lolly and a wand as a lovely little gift. Will definitely be returning. A nice little extra was being offered the chance just to return for no other reason than to get my daughter used the shop by calling in, or even having the opportunity to go out of hours for her next shoe fitting. One very happy and less stressed mummy and little girl. Thank you

The choice for baby boys is much better than other places I've been and amazing value for the quality of the clothing. There's loads of the blade and rose leggings in stock which we love! Fantastic customer service and a fab little shop all round, will defo be getting my son's first pair of shoes from here when the time comes!
