We had a delicious lunch today. Asian Slaw salad, with summer veg roll/rice wrap and Tamari and Lime dipping sauce, was very yum! Beetroot hummus, really good. The Magic Roots Beetrooty juice was fruity and refreshing, with a kick of ginger! All yum!!

Not a cheap lunch, but well worth the money for something well made with integrity, healthy and tasty, a real treat! An asset to Coggeshall!

Visited the café yesterday with my daughter. She had watermelon juice and I had a smoothie that had peanut butter in it �. Their Mexicana bowl was absolutely delicious - so many different flavours and fresh, homemade guacamole to die for. We were so full that we had to takeaway a couple of slices of triple layered chocolate cake to eat later. The couple that run it are adorable - so genuinely friendly and relaxed. We can't wait to go back. �

Visited lone wolves last week, on a Friday morning ( a day I don’t usually work) early for an appointment , after an hour or more in the car.

I wasn’t in the best of moods - and after being in Lone wolves for not more than ten minutes, I left feeling so much happier! Yes the bagel I ordered was amazing, and very much enjoyed, but the owners were very uplifting too. Put me in a Good mood for the rest of the day!

I shall be visiting again . �Thank you �

Such a great place to visit, you feel really welcome when you walk in the door with these 2! I went in for a snack, and i'm gna go back more hungry and eat their entire menu next time, the things I had were so tasty! You don't have to be vegan to visit, it is OK! Maybe it's the kick you need to sort your bad eating habits out! Go in, chat to them, learn from them.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday and had an amazing beetroot bagel � great food, great juices plus very welcoming and friendly owners. Highly recommended ��

My first visit today. What an amazing place, such a gem, Coggeshall is very lucky to have you. My juice was amazing, I also stocked up on some gluten free bread, a gluten free cookie, a raw chocolate bar and some kale chips. Well done to you guys, the place looks amazing. You are both so welcoming and knowledgeable and clearly love and care about what you do. You have created something very special and I look forward to many more visits :-)

Loved our first visit today. The bagel with brazil nut pesto was perfection! The lemon cake was flavoursome and had a great texture. (Ended up having second helpings of both!) The cafe itself is light, airy, and finished to a high standard, with excellent attention to detail. Lois and Sam are both passionate about what they do, and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back as often as we can!

Just popped in and collected some juice, smoothies and wolf bites. All amazing - the wolf bites and smoothie were perfect after the gym this morning! Cannot wait to try more. Lovely people and place - cannot believe I haven’t been before!

I’m so glad that Lois and Sam opened Lone Wolves in Coggeshall, being gluten and dairy intolerant I find it hard to find good food to eat locally. I love all the menu items and even my son (aged 9) who doesn’t like “healthy” food enjoys the Matcha coco latte and my daughter (17) makes regular visits too. We love the fact that they take time out to go surfing too!

I love this place, it is a real treat in every way x

Having had a horrible bug since the end of November and feeling distinctly under the weather, I decided it was time to give my health a kick start, so I started the three day juice cleanse. Now I have finished I have to say I feel fantastic! I have slept better than I have in years and woken up totally refreshed each day. All my digestive issues have disappeared, the aforementioned bug seems to have scuttled off and my skin & eyes are definitely clearer. I have a new spring in my step and the motivation to keep up the clean living. Sam and Lois are very helpful and friendly and a great team, they bounce off each other beautifully. And the bonus to all this? The juices taste amazing, making the cleanse a real pleasure.
