In 2016 I walked my first Camino and fell in love with the Camino Primitivo. The experience had such a strong impact on me as a person that I can´t but share this with everybody and wish that all of you who haven´t done it might be able and willing to do so one day.
I was inspired to help bring this fulfilling experience to as many people as possible. So I decided to look for a new way to this pilgrimage, respecting its history and enhancing its values, while making it more accessible, enjoyable and achievable for all. So Longdistancewalks.org was born!
From the early start of the idea to date, our mission is to make your Camino dream come true. Each of our packages is designed to make the Camino manageable and affordable for everybody. Our focus is on vegetarian and vegan pilgrims as it can be difficult for some to make the most out of this experience when food and other circumstances get restrictive.
With this in mind you can stay each night in carefully selected and authentic accommodations (family owned hotels, casa rurales or pensiones), enjoying the social and cultural scene while having the freshest local food and drinks. We advice on food and drinks that is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
