Louise'S "Sweet Memories" Celebration Cakes

Happy New Year Celebrations to all my customers ! Thank you for another amazing year and I look forward to hearing from you all in 2019. Here is my year in cake form - plus one that I appear to have missed sharing. My parents 50th wedding anniversary cake !

And today’s delivery - my first Fortnite request from a rapidly growing Lewis. Happy Birthday ! I hope you didn’t get too wet on phase 2 of skirmish. Malted chocolate cake layered with milk choc ganache, malted buttercream and crushed maltesers. Couldn’t get much more personalised with that abs DJ yonder.

I appear to have missed a couple of posts so here goes

First of two deliveries for this weekend. Colourful inside and out. My brief was ‘unicorns and butterflies’ - think I cracked it. Happy Birthday Teagan xxx

This weeks second delivery is for little Charlie who’s favourite things are Winnie the Pooh and hot air balloons 🎈 this was great fun and was lovely to get modelling these again.

One of this weeks deliveries was to my precious God daughter. She is a mega Mama Mia fan so I made her a Greek homestead - and we went to see the film too. Love you Becca xx

I’ve missed adding several creations lately , partly because I was actually on holiday AND creating them .... My twin nephews turned 1 and my sis in law turned 40 whilst we were away - so I took a big bag of caking items with me and knocked these out in the farmhouse and by the pool.
My nephews adore ‘Say hello to the sun’ from Baby Sensory so I had to come up with a twin design for them to share
... On return I did a smash cake for a photographer friend and I adore the photos Fran took of the little one smashing into it ! Unlike my nephews who didn’t want to destroy theirs !

Today’s delivery. My brief was for marbled tropical beach colours and that the recipient was a massive Evanescence fan (the best people are 😉 ) . Hopefully she’s now tucked in and put her happy birthday feet up ! Happy Birthday Sarah !

This weeks deliveries. A cake for a woodturner - and I didn’t want just a plain cake with him on top so I went a little crazy with an illusion cake. Then a little Jedi wanted very specific design features on his. This was a joint effort - I think we work well together !

This almost feels ‘retro’ to have done again after such a long time, but the next gen of frozen fans is upon us and the ice castle excited this very beautiful 3 year old ! Happy birthday Flori !

I asked Louise to make two cakes for my children 18 & 21st. Both cakes were so light and moist, and the decoration was 1st class. Would defiantly recommend and use again. Thank you Louise

I asked Louise to make me a birthday cake for my daughters 18th birthday 'Harry Potter' themed as she is a massive fan! We were not disappointed. It was amazing. My daughter was speechless when she saw it, and that in itself is a big feat! Thank you Louise, the cake looked amazing and it tasted incredible! Highly recommended!!
