Was here the weekend of 23rd March 2018 , first time coming to lower Hyde and definitely won’t be the last time � looking to book it again for the summer , lots to do on and off the site , counting down the days till we are back �

This is our 3rd year coming here can’t think of a better place to come with the family and make memories. The staff are amazing always something going on keeping us entertained enjoying or week away now ( we love terry ) � the Ryan family 7-14th April 2018

The lodge was ace and entertainment crew were awesome. We were unfortunate with the weather but did a lot of exploring round the Isle. 1 tiny gripe that I aired to Terry the entertainment manager (who was brilliant!!) there seemed to be quite a few chargeable extras in the itinerary i.e Chocolate party £3 each and Sparkles cheerleading there was ‘optional extras’ to purchase the Pom poms for £2.50 each which you can imagine with more than one daughter can soon add up... I have ordered in some spares from eBay they have been delivered to reception (4 sets) Please loan them out with my compliments to the next child you see surrounded by kids with Pom poms happily waving their imaginary ones in thin air!!! Loved the class of the noughties well done guys! Also the in-house bingo I was very happy to see (but didn’t win) a bottle at the in house bingo instead of a keyring on the last night. If you had an indoor play area this would be the best park resorts hands down!! Thanks

Just returned from a 4 night stay here with my family and friends all 9 of us loved and booked to return same time next year, bringing extra family members too, lovley chalets and caravans, nothings to much trouble for any staff, request bedding or any extras less than 30 mins later it was with you, easy to find well sign post. Can't wait to return next year. Lovely park park and staff.

Just got back from a 2 week holiday here in Lower Hyde and we all had an amazing time from the second we arrived everything was as expected the staff are lovely especially all the troupers they made my daughters holiday all the more better she hasn't stopped talking about them especially Mia Georgie and Ryan amazing work guys thanks so much! I can't recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back ���

I love this park, great for families, indoor pool small which is what would stop us booking in autumn, winter but outdoor pool great, everyone works so hard to make you have a great holiday. We prob won't be back as think we are jinxed! Last year daughter fell on pool slide split her chin open and this year my son fell off park slide and broke his arm, stopping him getting in the pool and its what he wanted to do for so long!

Great place amazing staff who work so hard deserve more Money just beautiful camp , all round fantastic family holiday . Troopers amazing all round entertainers Thank you to than all for making my granddaughter Izzy’s Holiday so much fun .

Friendly staff and clean environment, the kids cost us a fortune but it's well worth it, I'd also like to congratulate them on the use of paper straws, people will think it's nothing but by using them it reduces the pollution and the serious effect it has on landfill and marine life!! Hats off to you folks!!!

Fantastic holiday park. The entertainment is awesome. The troopers work so hard and lead vocalists are extremely talented. Our caravan was immaculate. We didn't use any other amenities apart from the shop and the bar/entertainment but every service we used was perfect. Friendly, clean and just as we would provide for guests if we were running things. Thank you to every single member of staff.

Came here for a weekend break in last week and this is the second time staying here. What a great site lots to do and clean and tidy . We stayed in Osborne area on a waves caravan, which was luxury, very clean and worth every penny. The staff are very helpful with everything and couldn't ask for more.. we even received a courtesy knock at the door on the Saturday to make sure if everything was ok and if we needed anything else which was a nice little touch. All in all a very welcoming place and have already booked for next year. Can t wait!! Thanks Lower Hyde

Been coming here for over 25 years love the place. Been with my grandchildren as well. Very friendly nice people. As everything I want and the place caters for children with Sparky and his crew.

Absolutely fabulous, great caravan, spotlessly clean, really good sized caravan, modern with everything a family would need. Loved the fact there were two bathrooms. The shower was wonderful. The children's entertainment was outstanding. Fun for the whole family. If you think a staycation is not for you; you should try a holiday caravan park.

Nice clean park, shame about the ants in the caravan! Must be something you can do about these, what we saw of the entertainment looked and sounded good Shame the bar closed so early and that they keep playing the same old tacky dance songs in the late night Hub ie: Saturday night, macerena etc....

Could only use 2 really � but apart from that we have enjoyed ourselves!!! Making a booking for next year possibly but In a large caravan due to more plugs and mirrors � xx

4th visit to the site, always been clean and staff (especially pool staff) friendly and helpful. Accommodation modern, clean and spacious. Not much to stop me giving this park 5 stars, but the biggest let down (and has been since 1st visit in 2009) is the indoor pool. For such a large site, to only have capacity for 20 people at a time isn’t big enough,especially in high season. Expand that and you’re on to a winner.



Only other gripe (and it’s more for head office than individual site) is the new 4pm check in for all. 25 minutes queuing in the rain with bored kids isn’t great. Don’t know why it had to be changed from the old Park Resorts graduates system. Always seemed to work and the staff weren’t rushed off their feet then. Again, look at that and can’t think of a nicer spot.

We have been coming here for a few years now and won’t be coming back anytime soon. I know it’s not the height of season but last orders before 11 is a joke and lights on and kicking out at 11.15 is even more of a joke. Entertainment has been either the troupers or singers which is not everyone’s taste. Needs to be varied. The accommodation was nice and clean .

I would like to have given 5 stars but the service in the Barn House restaurant is terrible. Last night it took an hour and half to get our food, then another hour to get some dirty chips. We were told last night that it would be 30 minutes as there was a delay. This morning we came in for a "quick" breakfast before leaving. Arrived at 10am we were given our hot drinks straight away. But an hour later still waiting for our breakfast. We weren't told of any delay. Food finally arrived 1 hour 10 minutes later. All the time we were sitting at the table waiting there was a pile of dirty plates, cups etc . When the breakfast arrived the waitress took some of the dirty plates away but still leaving a lot behind. Also obviously we now have no drinks to have with our breakfast.

On the plus side the food was good. The entertainment was good and the facilities are good.

Very nice stay in caravan and entertainment team are really good but do not get the knew breakfast I payed £4.50 for a breakfast sticker and to colour the staff in barnhouse are ridiculous rude and my 6 year old twins had to wait for a breakfast for 45mins then for them to mistake a breakfast for sandwich when it's morning not happy
