Our customer had this awful contraption sold to them, on the basis the gas would greatly reduced ūüė°
... Not quite true! After two years use the gas bills never changed, had nothing but problems and now it’s blocked up and stopped the hot water working.
We’ve fitted this lady a new hot water cylinder and airing cupboard set up, which works!!

Martin came to move some pipe work on our boiler to allow us to box it in when fitting a new kitchen. Managed to squeeze in a service for us at the same time too. Quick, tidy and professional! What a nice guy - explains everything and is thorough! Highly recommended.

Martin came out to see us within 24 hours of contact to assess our broken down system. We've known a new system was needed for a few years so asked for the best option. Had a new combi system up and running in a day. Excellent service. Friendly team. Happy customer ÔŅĹ

Honestly cannot thank Martin enough. I was waiting 3 hours for a plumber my estate agency apparantly ‚Äėcalled out‚Äô this evening, whilst my garden was flooding from water from the pipes. Rang Martin and he was here within 5 minutes to turn my water off with such an amazingly friendly service!

Fully decommissioned gas fire & service carried out - really please with the results - saved us over £800 on the previously quoted price. Excellent, professional and courteous service. Can't recommend enough!

Fantastic service provided by Martin and his team, old boiler removed and new one put in along with a fabulous new bathroom built from the base of an empty room, We could not be more pleased. all waste materials were removed and mess cleaned away. Excellent!!

Burst Pipe in the kitchen under a load of fitted units on Saturday Afternoon Nightmare you might think...... Well think again Martin Warnes to the rescue......what an amazing Service came out assessed damage, came back a couple of hours later with all the parts required!!! pipe fixed......no flooded kitchen no packing our family of five off to stay on someone's sofa......emergency over!!

BRILLIANT service, I called to ask how much a call out fee would be and it was very reasonable, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and said someone could probably come out that afternoon. When I called back to arrange everything I got told they couldn't do the afternoon but could be there in 10 minutes how's that for quick service. When Martin arrived the fault wasn't major and was sorted in 5 minutes and the amount charged was very reasonable especially for the service and advice given. I totally recommend using these guys if you want a quick and reasonably priced friendly helpful service. This is a service that won't let you down.

After calling a plumber Friday we were told to shut everything down, I also called an emergency plumber as water was pouring down from the bathroom, 16 hours later with the leak getting worse I rang Martin, he was here within 5 minutes, him and his lad stopped the leak put in a new pump and repaired what the other plumber had done, we are lovely and warm now, amazing service who we will stay with.

A thanks to Martin & his team today for some plumbing work at such short notice, very fast friendly and efficient. High quality workmanship, Very happy customer ÔŅĹ they turned up on time, got my problems sorted and cleaned up after them selfs and all for a great price x
