M S Building & Maintenance pride ourselves on undertaking any size project, from painting and decorating to full builds.

M S Building and Maintenance were established in 2016 by experienced Builder /Roofer and Ex-Bricklaying teacher at Hertford Regional college, Mark Smith.

At M S Building and Maintenance we undertake all aspects of Building and Maintenance jobs, from Painting and decorating a single room to full builds. Our company is currently building an impressive portfolio with the following projects begun and completed within the past 6 months:

Full build extension comprising of dismantling existing conservatory, ground work and breaking down of existing concrete base, pouring of footings, building and roofing of shell and installing two 'sky light' windows, 2 windows, french doors, interior insulation, plastering, painting /decorating, flooring and skirting.

Shell only Extension comprising of ground work, pouring of footings, brickwork and roofing, installation of two 'sky light' windows, one window, french doors, installation of steels and demolition of existing interior wall.
