To my mind, being teacher is something more than an occupation. Besides giving lessons, tasks, tests, grammar, essays etc., we can listen to students, help them in different situations (both in language and in life).

It is a good course book for our students if every teacher can do all the activities including in it for the sake of improving our students ´ life skill,especially critical thinking skill.I like this ,"Teach global, think local".

+The first thing is you that have to love what you do so that your students can experience this feeling through your enthusiasm. With this simple rule they will realize that they are an important actor in the process just because the teacher was wise enough to transmit it.

To me, teaching is my aim. I can't believe the world without teaching. To make my country healthy, rich and cultured, we have to grow up the children well. Due to this, I become a teacher.

Teaching should not only be a job to earn a living and to get money but most importantly it should be an art we try to do our best to improve . so , adoring this art is one of our duties as teachers . however, I think patience is our weapon to improve , benefit and go on.

I've been trying to get in contact with Macmillan via sales representative, free call number, msg on face book and land line number and so far, nothing.

How can I have pedagogical support from the company???

Teach English is my life. I can't imagine without my students. Today I'm retired, but since I have health to te ach English I Will be there !!

Total rubbish from start to end. Such low service. They just don't care!

They don't reply to phone in working time

They don't reply to emails

They don't send shipment delivery time

They don't have the sizes of their books online (big and small ones)

They don't reply to Facebook messages

The web page is not working since yesterday! It can't take so much time to fix it!

I wanted the (paper) book version of the C! Skillful series. I telephoned to ask which version I should order and was told the digital version. it wasn't, it was the other. At a cost of £6.50 I received a packet containing 11 copies of an invoice and a packet containing a booklet with the access code.

Why I had to pay £6.50 for 11 copies of an invoice and an access code which could have been emailed to me with a link is beyond my comprehension.

Now, I have access to the resource packs, which are the videos, word lists and audio files, but I cannot download the book, I can only "view" it page by painfully slow page.

I love teaching, and when I'm in the classroom with the kids my full attention is on them, as I make every effort to ensure a good learning experience for them. ! Happy Teachers Day!

I bought books for my child (Footprints) that costed 57€ then I had to buy additional CDs as without them it was impossible to work, so I paid extra 50€. The CD ROM (with games and songs) included in the book does not work with Apple, also there is no possibility to work on an online version of games with the registered number of the bought CD ROM. Terrible. I so much regret to have bought these products...
