We went here tonight for my sister's birthday and the food was lovely. Great flavours, nice and warm(Tia maria curry is beautiful). Waiting staff were attentive and smartly dressed. You guys went and surprised us all with a birthday naan with candles AND a present for her. Thankyou for a lovely evening.

We love it here at Maharani. The food is always full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The staff always remember you regardless of how long it has been since your last visit which is a personal touch. You are never rushed to leave and always made to feel welcome. Great value for money, Maharani will always be our number one Indian.

We have been eating at the Maharani for the last 10 years and we’ve never been disappointed. The food is always of excellent quality whether it’s eat in or takeaway. We had the £11:95 meal deal, (Sunday-Thursdays) fantastic value, drinks were a little bit expensive but all restaurants seem to charge alot for drinks. Food was well presented, served by very friendly staff. I had the Chicken Naga curry, its was delicious the chicken was so soft. 10/10 Manik, your staff are a credit to you, very polite and very friendly.

We had a fabulous meal as always at the Maharani tonight, the best Indian flavours in Ipswich! We are always so well looked after by Manik and his staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant, we are never disappointed.

Was here with my new wife Pip after getting back from our honeymoon, for a nice relaxed night out - as always, the food was peerless, the atmosphere superb and the staff wonderful. This is definitely our favourite restaurant in town, if not the county! Really could not recommend this place more, especially if you order a little something from the gourmet menu to mix things up a little! All the best guys - thank you so much for another beautiful meal!

This is by far the best Indian restaurant ever although we are not as regular as we used to be (at least once a week) we always book in when we visit from Australia and always ask the question “when will you open a branch in Perth” !!

Ordered a take away for collection last night and it wasn’t quite ready when we arrived so was offered a free beer while I waited - what excellent customer service! I was feeling daring and had the Phall which I had been warned about when ordering on the phone - not for the faint hearted!

My hushand has been using this wonderful place since 1989 & we had our first date there so on August 7th 2015 it was the perfect place to have our wedding reception! Thank you Manik and your lovely staff for making our day special with your wonderful food and hospitality

Had the most delicious dinner on my birthday, the staff were exceptionally attentive, the service fast, the food was really delicious with a wonderful selection of vegetarian options and upon hearing it was my Birthday the staff even gave me and my partner a drink on the house.
