тАЬWhatтАЩs under the bed, TedтАЭ has become a very special book in our house. The imagination and interaction with the flashlight makes bedtime an even more special time for our family. My son adores this book and it is his тАШspecial bookтАЩ. Thank you for such a great story!!!

We have bought a couple of different books through school book fairs and I have always been completely impressed by the quality of books and my daughter has always enjoyed personalizing and completing the books! At the last fair my daughter chose another doodle type book but this time the binding was completely off and immediately started to unravel. My daughter was devastated. With one quick message to the company we almost immediately received a response with a more than expected resolution and now my daughter has her new book to enjoy. Thank you SO MUCH!! We will definitely continue to purchase your product :)

These books are fantastic for little learners who might be a bit impatient for a long story. The ability to touch and feel is incredible. They feel they are a part of the story.

The cafe is a Fab hidden gem a must if you have babies & toddlers great place for mums social with delicious food. Very popular you may want to book and if very busy they could run short of menu items but are very accomodating and will make every effort to make something else fresh in the kitchen. Bread is so fresh love it я┐╜ ps. 50p book sale on this week

One of the most wonderful publishers for children I have ever known. The books are so great, easy-to-understand and colourful. There are a lot of sticker books as well as activities so my chidren enjoy playing rather than studying.

Okay, this deserves a bit of praise.



My wife, Pamela, purchased a small game ($3 or so) for Beckett from #Target. When she got it home, she discovered that there was no arrow for the "spinner" for the game. She emailed the company and all the way from England came a package today with a new complete spinner. Three Cheers for MakeBelieveIdeas - now THAT is customer service.

My one-year-old niece is so in love with these books. She can't stop reading, learning English and playing with her book. Thank you guys.

My daughter received a present from MBI, and unfortunately it was missing a piece. MBI was super quick in responding and getting a replacement sent out. (Unfortunately, lost in the mail). Considering this was done, as we are in Canada (and parts were shipped from the UK), it was a big deal for us.



When they didn't have any other replacements to send, they were so courteous in letting myself (and daughter) go through some of the other products that they had available as a replacement.



We ended up getting a set of draw-on flash cards that were PERFECT. I just finished spending over an hour with her last night working with the cards that she will likely use for the next few years as she starts to learn to read and write.



Thank you again for your commitment to your customers, and especially those who were a WHOLE lot further away than lots of customers.



I'm very impressed by the product itself, and moreso with the dedication to each customer.



P.S. It wasn't until after we talked to the enquiries team at MBI that we looked back at some of 'our' (as parents) favorite toys/books, and low-and-behold, many were from Make Believe Ideas. Keep it up.

I am so happy with this book and can't wait to teach her the alphabet and other topics with the other books as well. My 3 kids absolutely loved your countdown to christmas activity books! They were an absolute smash hit in our house. Please say you'll be doing some more for this Christmas я┐╜я┐╜x

Fabulous customer service and great product! I purchased a book that had some of the stickers cut off line so that they couldn't be used. They replaced the book for me with no issues. We bought the Never Touch a Dinosaur book last week and my 10 month old son is obsessed with it! Would be 5 starts but ive only owned the book for a week and 3 of the rubber pieces keep coming out. Fortunately I caught my son BEFORE he put a piece in his mouth.

Brought a lovely nursery rhyme book with all the words & a CD which I took to my daughters Mon,29 the Jan for my grandson who's 17& half months old,he just loves it& so did I! He was sitting dancing to it ,the children singing is really lovely too.Will be looking for more& also perhaps theres something to help him pick up talking !Brilliant,& Hertfordshire firm is even better ,nana in ST.Albans *****

A set of the Kate Toms illustrated books was the first thing I bought my beautiful bump. Fast forward 18 months and we are still reading and re-reading The Wheels on the Bus and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star *every day*. The illustrations engage your child and the rhythmic writing is soothing and excellent for some quiet time. These books are a must for any new parent who wants some stories that will serve you well for many years to come.

A few months ago we received a board game called Wash My Underpants (super cute game, my toddler loves it!),and it came without the spinner. I emailed Make Believe Ideas to see if I could purchase a new spinner and they were so accommodating and kind! They sent us a new game with a handwritten note. :) Awesome company with great products and even better customer service! Thank you!

A few months ago my mother bought the Never Touch a Monster book for my daughter who was born 3 months premature. She was struggling to open her hands and to reach out and touch things. She fell in love with this book right away. It made my heart so happy to see the progress she made with the help of this book. Not only did she enjoy touching the monsters, but the polka-dots on the page with the words really drew her attention to them as well. On top of all of that, the book is very easy to clean when you have a child with such a weak immune system. I can't wait to get the Never Touch a Dinosaur book and any others that come out. These are so well made! You have life long customers!

My partner read the book "Noah's ark" to our 3 year old son, a book which you state is suitable from 0+ years in which it says "He was put to death upon a cross" I'm mortified that you think it's acceptable for a child that young to hear/read that sentence.

Feeling angry is an understatement, i can't believe it got passed quality control!!!

My daughter is loving the Counting 123 book! The special sliding beads add an extra element that helps with her learning to count and to recognize numbers. I am so happy with this book and can't wait to teach her the alphabet and other topics with the other books as well. My 3 kids absolutely loved your countdown to christmas activity books! They were an absolute smash hit in our house. Please say you'll be doing some more for this Christmas я┐╜я┐╜x

I also bought small game from Target for $3.00. And it was missing a set of the game pieces. I emailed Friday evening from the U.S. And by (Monday) this morning I had a response. They mailed the missing pieces today. My experience with this company was fantastic!! As a professional who uses their products and a young mom, I am grateful there are companies like this!

Fabulous customer service and great product! I purchased a book that had some of the stickers cut off line so that they couldn't be used. They replaced the book for me with no issues. My son absolutely loves the sticker activity books and I love that they are helping him learn his numbers and letters!

We bought the Never Touch a Dinosaur book last week and my 10 month old son is obsessed with it! Would be 5 starts but ive only owned the book for a week and 3 of the rubber pieces keep coming out. Fortunately I caught my son BEFORE he put a piece in his mouth.

Brought a lovely nursery rhyme book with all the words & a CD which I took to my daughters Mon,29 the Jan for my grandson who's 17& half months old,he just loves it& so did I! He was sitting dancing to it ,the children singing is really lovely too.Will be looking for more& also perhaps theres something to help him pick up talking !Brilliant,& Hertfordshire firm is even better ,nana in ST.Albans *****

A set of the Kate Toms illustrated books was the first thing I bought my beautiful bump. Fast forward 18 months and we are still reading and re-reading The Wheels on the Bus and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star *every day*. The illustrations engage your child and the rhythmic writing is soothing and excellent for some quiet time. These books are a must for any new parent who wants some stories that will serve you well for many years to come.

A few months ago we received a board game called Wash My Underpants (super cute game, my toddler loves it!),and it came without the spinner. I emailed Make Believe Ideas to see if I could purchase a new spinner and they were so accommodating and kind! They sent us a new game with a handwritten note. :) Awesome company with great products and even better customer service! Thank you!

A few months ago my mother bought the Never Touch a Monster book for my daughter who was born 3 months premature. She was struggling to open her hands and to reach out and touch things. She fell in love with this book right away. It made my heart so happy to see the progress she made with the help of this book. Not only did she enjoy touching the monsters, but the polka-dots on the page with the words really drew her attention to them as well. On top of all of that, the book is very easy to clean when you have a child with such a weak immune system. I can't wait to get the Never Touch a Dinosaur book and any others that come out. These are so well made! You have life long customers!

My partner read the book "Noah's ark" to our 3 year old son, a book which you state is suitable from 0+ years in which it says "He was put to death upon a cross" I'm mortified that you think it's acceptable for a child that young to hear/read that sentence.

Feeling angry is an understatement, i can't believe it got passed quality control!!!

We have bought a couple of different books through school book fairs and I have always been completely impressed by the quality of books and my daughter has always enjoyed personalizing and completing the books! At the last fair my daughter chose another doodle type book but this time the binding was completely off and immediately started to unravel. My daughter was devastated. With one quick message to the company we almost immediately received a response with a more than expected resolution and now my daughter has her new book to enjoy. Thank you SO MUCH!! These books are fantastic for little learners who might be a bit impatient for a long story. The ability to touch and feel is incredible. They feel they are a part of the story.

The cafe is a Fab hidden gem a must if you have babies & toddlers great place for mums social with delicious food. Very popular you may want to book and if very busy they could run short of menu items but are very accomodating and will make every effort to make something else fresh in the kitchen. One of the most wonderful publishers for children I have ever known. The books are so great, easy-to-understand and colourful. There are a lot of sticker books as well as activities so my chidren enjoy playing rather than studying.

Okay, this deserves a bit of praise.



My wife, Pamela, purchased a small game ($3 or so) for Beckett from #Target. When she got it home, she discovered that there was no arrow for the "spinner" for the game. She emailed the company and all the way from England came a package today with a new complete spinner. Three Cheers for MakeBelieveIdeas - now THAT is customer service.

My one-year-old niece is so in love with these books. She can't stop reading, learning English and playing with her book. Thank you guys.

My daughter received a present from MBI, and unfortunately it was missing a piece. MBI was super quick in responding and getting a replacement sent out. (Unfortunately, lost in the mail). Considering this was done, as we are in Canada (and parts were shipped from the UK), it was a big deal for us.



When they didn't have any other replacements to send, they were so courteous in letting myself (and daughter) go through some of the other products that they had available as a replacement.



We ended up getting a set of draw-on flash cards that were PERFECT. I just finished spending over an hour with her last night working with the cards that she will likely use for the next few years as she starts to learn to read and write.



Thank you again for your commitment to your customers, and especially those who were a WHOLE lot further away than lots of customers.
