ive had 4 orders with make my vape now, and its all been a brilliant experience. on one order a slight mistake was made, but the staff on phone sorted it out within 24 hours. the last order royal mail mucked things up, but the staff at make my vape have bent over backwards to resolve a mistake that wasnt theirs (thanks, jamie you were spot on today). they genuinely appear to care about you as a customer and you always feel valued and respected when contacting them. you would do yourself a massive favour in dealing with them.

i ordered for the first time some weeks back, there was a small mix up with the order going to a different country. but when i contacted customer services i was told it would be delivered across the pond asap and i must say my delivery arrived today and i already have my ejuices made up by following their calculator.

Love this site. Shopped here a number of times now. Delivery is great, like that it can be tracked. I tend to order a week before I need it just in case. Most of the flavours I've tried have been very smooth which I need. Obviously there have been some that Im not so keen on but that's just personal choice. Customer service has been exceptional especially when I was nervous the first time and rang up just to check I had the right measurements. Have already recommended and will continue to do so. Excellent company.

Just vaped some Supreme Creamy Custard after a short one week steep. Wotofo SMM RTA, 40W, 0.5ohm, dual aliens. The reviews were so positive that I made a litre. I don't regret it - there aren't words to describe how delicious this recipe is. It tastes like expensive premium California made juice. Service from Make My Vape was first class, as it always has been. Quality products, quality company.

Had a small issue with delivery ( not make my vapes fault) but they gave me next day delivery back. And replied straight away. � positive customer service.



The products they sell are high quality, very nice flavours and cheap. I'm making a 20/80 pg/vg mix for 21p per 10ml. In a shop that would cost minimum of 5 pounds.



They also have a handy calculator tool on their website and guides to help you in making your perfect batch.

Brilliant customer service gladly helped me with my questions on steeping times and delivery queries, all amazing quality products and the hberg and vimto flavours are lovely after steeping a few days only down side is the syringe extensions are a bit tempramental but makes no difference to the juice, very happy customer, cant complain at the amount of juice you can make with the xl kit would cost me hundreds in the shops cant wait for my juices to finish steeping and my hberg 15% 3mg 70/30 mix is good straight after making it thanks make my vape good job �

Been buying from here since aug 2016, saves a lot of money, trying almost all the flavours except the tobacco ones, each 10ml bottle I make including the bottles I buy cost be under 70p.

Very poor service, have a fault on set of scales, made contact via my account on their site, and by email - no response at all. The scales are faulty, and absolute rubbish.

I went online lookihg for juices, and came across this company. I signed up to their website and made an order of 11 jucies all 10ml version paid just under £20 and waited.deliver date came and went s i called up and spoke to dominic and he said sorry for the inconvienience and said he would resend the order, pffffft yea he didnt so i phoned a few days later and spoke to a lady this time,she then said it had been delivered on the 25th and basically theres nothing she could do.i have not received my order and the onus is on the company to sort it out not for the customer to chase up with the loss of money!!!!!

When it comes to problems with deliveries, you(the customer) have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which came into force in June 2013 and replaced the Distance Selling Regulations.



Under the Consumer Rights Act, when you(the customer) buy goods from an online retailer, they are responsible for the goods until you receive them.I never got my order or i would not be posting this review.



"The retailer is responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to you, not the delivery company."



If you are advised that the item is 'lost', the retailer is legally responsible for either re-arranging delivery or giving you a full refund. I would like the goods i ordered or a refund!!



I would also like to make a Formal Complaint, and if the issue is not resolved i will be taking things further,why should i be out of pocket?!

I tried this company and too be honest I did not like any of there eliquid I mixed up correctly and steeped for a few weeks before I tried it I spoke with izabela who said that they were going to send me out more concentrate well that has not arrived and when I messenger I said that the delivery still had not arrived this has been going on for 3 weeks and today I was told by her on messenger that it was complementary great customer service not I bought enough vg to make 400 ml of custard supreme and also strawberry shortcake if this is there way of talking to customers avoid at all costs disgusting company
