being coming to Mambo Jambo's for 15 years. family birthdays, dates, dinner with friends. Always amazing atmosphere, great looking place, very good service and giant portions of delicious tasty food.
Went last night after a few sherbets at the winter beer festival , excellent service and food as always , should of had a desert but couldn’t eat anymore , one of my favourite places

Was a great night out. Both myself and my fiancé had delicious meals (red snapper and maple sesame chicken if you’re wondering) we had a very friendly waitress who was chatty as well providing excellent service. Key lime pie was superb. I can’t wait to come back for another amazing meal. Thanks mambos staff
This was my first visit and as I am unfortunately gluten free with many other food intolerances finding somewhere with a nice variety can be difficult. Not here!! I was spoilt for choice and the waiting staff were really helpful. I will definitely go back as I loved it. Thank you :-)
There was 22 of us the table was set up to perfection we had to pre-order the meals (as you would for that many) but the food came out fine apart from a slight hiccup but it didn't detract from a fantastic meal the service was awesome the food was excellent if you are looking for a venue for a large group you won' t find better in the city

I had seafood medley salad (on the slimming world plan) it was delicious plenty prawns crayfish and scampi. Prompt service only thing I would say no choice for low cal pudding. So I had a cup of tea�
Had family meal here again, 6 meals no problems, very nice. How they manage to get their wedges cooked to perfection I’ll never know. Worth a visit
Had a meal here last night and the food was amazing! It was so tasty and service was very quick and satisfactory. The atmosphere in the restaurant is brilliant, very lively and fun (awesome music). Would definitely recommend this restaurant and the staff were also very friendly and efficient ��

Best restaurant in Norwich, period!!! I have been going since I was little and it has never let us down, good, reliable food and friendly staff, you haven't experienced Norwich's food until you have been!
Another fantastic meal at Mambo's there was 25 of us and the service and food was outstanding, my husband has celiac disease and the menu is quite vast for those with a gluten allergy.

Was very nice food, all nice an hot, the reason I haven't given 5 star is because we where left quite a while between being given dessert menus and getting out order taken. It was actually us that flagged a waitress down as none walking past made eye contact. Apart from that all yummy and will definitely come back
Lovely food n ambience. Quiet busy on Sunday night. Instead of prebooking had to wait for 15mins. After we got the table there was another15-20 mins before our order was taken. But good came out quick. Sizzling prawns from starters was lovely. Portion size is good too. Not kids or wheelchair friendly as it only has stairs so we had to fold our pram and carry it upstairs.
Food was mainly very good,one member of our group had stuffed jalapeños & was a bit under whelmed.The staff were very abliging & did their best to please us.They could do with improving the cocktail & drinks dressings as these sorts of drinks are really popular & if you make them more special people will recommend them more.i loved my chicken fajitas ❤️❤️
Food was ok, service was unbelievable!!! I was called twice to confirm the table for starters, which I confirmed on the first call!! One of our party was forgotten about when ordering a drink... twice!!! Our waitress (the older lady out of the waitressing team) squeezed in between myself and the person next to me to count the money for our bill at our table!!!! She was doing her adding up on the back of our bill again at our table. We felt rushed and like it was thought we were going to run off without paying our bill. Wouldn’t go back based on the service from the waitress.
Yesterday I visited here with my husband, sister and her boyfriend. We sat at a table(2 tables pushed together) and showed the waiter that we have 2 spree cards and a voucher each as we are paying separately (couple and couple). The waiter who served us was very rude and arrogant and said we couldn't use both and that we needed to sit on separate tables! Firstly the voucher does not state that and as we were paying separately there was really no issue! I moved the tables apart a few inches and he still argued with me! Rude! I told him he really shouldn't argue with his customers and if it wasn't freezing and cold outside I would have taken my money else where! I cannot believe he would then go on to make a joke about it, how unprofessional! To say the least it was not an enjoyable lunch! Shame really as the food is very tasty!
Would have been nice if you could have been arsed to open the door in time this morning as we took my daughter for her birthday lunch in the end we went somewhere else
